An IRCC internal briefing memo that has been obtained via an Access to Information Act request, states that in December 2020 Invitations to Apply for PR under the FSWP (Federal Skilled Worker Program) were paused due to travel restrictions preventing approved applicants from landing as permanent residents. This pause was extended into 2021 and now 2022 with its end scheduled for January 31, 2022. Now, it seems, IRCC has requested a further pause of the draws in an attempt to alleviate the severe backlog of applications.

I taught at a local college some years back, 95% of my students were indian with 0 interest in learning about the course they enrolled in. I had many student approach me and ask me to pass them because "I dont care about school, i just enrolled to fast track my citizenship and then drive a truck on the 401" I quit that position the following semester. I myself immigrated due war in the early 90's but many students coming thru are abusing the schooling system.

Please don’t fall for it. This country is going to drains. There are no job opportunities for qualified people and you cant even imagine the cost of living in this country. A two bedroom apartment here costs 800000 CAD. Even if you make 200000 a year the you barely able to get by. Canadians are drowned in debt. God help all the new comers who are thinking that Canada is land of opportunities. All highly educate Canadians are flocking out of Canada to US to get jobs because Canadian employers do not pay good salaries and nobody is able to afford life here in Canada. Gone are the days where you can come as a student or immigrant and get good jobs and make money to lead a good life here in Canada. People are barely able to survive. Just ask these RU-vidrs how much they are drowned in debt and do they really believe that this country is going to work for new immigrants. Please choose carefully if you are taking huge loans to study or are leaving your well paid job back home to have a better life in Canada. Trust me things are going to get lot worse and you would curse yourself if you move here. These RU-vidrs are just making videos for views and destroying peoples lives by just showing good picture of Canada

But our crs score will reduce as age increase, my 475 crs has dropped to 470 as I turned 30. Now if it takes another year I my crs will drop further while the cutoff will still be high

Please please please, understand the terms. When you say pause on "Express Entry" you are talking of the whole system. "Express Entry" has not paused, was never paused will never be. Only FHS (economic class draws were). Don't put it out as EE only means FSW. There are PNP draws there are family reunification and so many streams. EE is not stopping. This creates confusion.

Dear, just clear a doubt. My niece has applied for express entry. She is getting her educational documents verified by WES. As informed she has send the transcripts directly from Delhi university south campus to WES which has been received and acknowledged by WES. She has also perused her PG Diploma from a well known private institution. The degree and transcript has been uploaded in the WES portal which again has been acknowledge by WES. Now she has recd a mail from WES that the PG Diploma mark sheet too has to be send by the university in the same manner ie., in sealed envelop. The query is 1. Is all degree mark sheet needs to be send by the universities as has been done like Delhi University?? Waiting for your reply.

They will start taking CEC applications after 6 months. For old applications CRS score could go up because they have many applications in the inventory. But CEC will start again and FSW will take some time.

@@user-rd7k ITA is already processed. Ircc will give you some time to submit your all supporting documents and then they will give you the final decision as per you submit your documents in the application. crs score is for the applicants who are waiting to receive ITA. Once you received it, then apply for pr by the time ircc gives you. If you don’t , ircc will cancel your ITA and then you have to wait for another ITA if your express entry profile is not expired

Hi. Thanks for the videos. All your videos are very clear and helpful. However, my question is absolutely off the video topic. I panicked after reading a PR renewal process doc today and have a question. So, I got my PR card in 2018, July and it expires in July 2023, but I haven't entered Canada ever since I received my PR card due to covid and family financial issues. I have decided to enter Canada with my PR card in the mid of July 2022. Will I be eligible to renew my PR card as soon as I get my accommodation. I'm confused after reading the criteria of living in Canada for a minimum of 730 days which was mentioned as a criteria for renewal. I'm afraid, will I be allowed to enter Canada with my non expired PR card? Also, what are the details or will I have to provide details for the past 4 years of not claiming my PR status & living in Canada. Kindly help. I'm super worried. Thank you.

in 2022 there might not be program specific draws, they may return back to all program draws. The score might shoot above 500 and will stay above 490 by the end of this year and might change from next year for FSW, where they will invite only certain job noc codes that help canada’s labour market. So, say if you are a nurse, doctor or dentist in india, since you need license to practise those trades in canada. The work experience will not be invited for a round of PR invitation,Whereas, on the other hand a software engineer from india might be invited since there is no such license required. The express entry will change in 2023 for sure.

@@shreyasvithlani528 whenever the cec draws return the score will shoot above 470, and i think there might not be many cec draws. They will be short lived. probably 3-5 cec draws at max. The score wont fall below 450 even for cec draws. The reason being they will hold small draws

@@Mr-Faraz92 it's lucky strike for that person, only if an employer agress to sponsor work visa then you can get in regardless of the age. However for an employer to do this, they need to do LMIA (unless it's a tech company in BC). Canada immigration is a money making scheme which is fine however it is extremely biased for people above 30.

Hi, I'll have my closed work permit raised from my office in 2 months. And, we are trying to raise dependent visa for my husband. We got two options, 1. From my office(which can be raised after 3 months of my presence at Canada) 2. Open Work Permit VISA for my husband- by applying on our own once I get my closed work permit.
