Looks pretty good much better than my 1st experience with Mexican food in TX. I was maybe 20 & was going on my 1st date there after living in CA my whole life. I asked my date where she wanted to go she said how about Mexican. I said cool so she took me to what she said was the best & most popular spot in the city. When we get there there hot ticket item is fresh guacamole made tableside. The rest of the menu is your typical Mexican food only theres no pictures. Im having trouble choosing so i get a combo plate that comes with a pork tamale, a tostada & a quesadilla. 1st item they brought was a tostada which was a store bought tostada with a scoop of guacamole worst off it wasn't spread on the tostada like avocado toast it was literally a scoop in the middle. Next came the tamale now idk if yall ever seen this but i once saw canned tamales years ago at Wal-Mart thats what it looked like. Then the quesadilla came it was a flour tortilla with nacho cheese & folded in 4. Now while i did eventually find better Tex Mex & also authentic Mexican food it did almost put me off Tex Mex food
