HI GUYS! Thanks so much for requesting this video. Ever since I was diagnosed with these I've always said that theres not enough people talking about them, especially since it affects so many women! This was actually a lot harder to make than I thought it was going to be. The world can be mean and opening up about things that are so personal made me feel super vulnerable. I hope this helps some and I would love to have a conversation in the comments about it! let me know if I missed anything!

As a nurse and fellow woman, I would like to say you are doing an incredible thing raising awareness where some may be scared to do so! Sometimes all it takes is ONE voice to open the eyes to something a person is unaware of, and suffering through when they may be able to educate themselves to possibly help reduce symptoms. I personally do not suffer from any of this but my mother has Endo, she suffered through immense pain before finally having a hysterectomy. I can only imagine sharing your story personally from your symptoms to the loss you both have had to endure was difficult. Keep your voice strong. Thank you! Krista Krista 😊

I completely relate! I have Poly-cystic Kidney and Ovarian Disease! I have gained 30 lbs this past year and I have very irregular periods, 2-3 months in between each cycle. My hormones are wild, when I have my cycles, they're crazy heavy/painful, acne issues, bloating issues, gastrointestinal issues, mood swings, all kinds of stuff you mentioned here. It's a hidden monster too many women suffer from. :( So so sorry to hear about yours & Danny's loss, I wish you guys the best of luck in the future with children! Also thank you for sharing your story! PCOS and Endo Awareness is so important!

I'm so sorry to hear of your experience 💔 I know that must be really hard for you and your partner. I do not have Endo, but I do have PCOS. I struggle with my weight, I have always been pretty heavy and it's hard to lose weight. I also deal with being unnaturally hairy, my hair on my scalp is thinning and constantly coming out. Irregular periods are real and suck!! The longest I have gone without a period was almost a year, with random spotting. A lot of women with PCOS also deal with low bone density, my vitamin D count was extremely low when I went to my drs about my PCOS. I am in my early 20s, so dealing with this is difficult. My obgyn actually didn't want to put me on birth control, so I'm not sure what else to do. Thank you for sharing your story and for the info to help spread awareness💛

Thank you so much for this video V ♥️ I have both ENDO & PCOS & know exactly what you’re talking about, I get my periods regularly every 70 days & sometimes it can go away for even 6 months, the pain is horrible & it sometimes even makes me vomit, it is embarrassing & frustrating because of the hormone imbalances, specially for the hair growing so thick so fast I didn’t know there would be another person who goes through this and it’s so inspiring to see such a strong, amazing woman like you talk about it, thank you for raising awareness, the symptoms are really “in your face” but sometimes you just don’t notice until you hear someone else talking about it Sending all my love to you & Dany ♥️

I don’t have the same disorder but I know the fear of child bearing because with my nerve damage from back surgeries, scoliosis, and other medical conditions I have so much pain during sex and my drs don’t know how I will carry a baby and I love when women talk about what isn’t really the norm to talk about and just raising awareness! Love you and Danny so much and I just know you will have a big beautiful family whether that’s babies or more fur babies!! ❤️❤️

You're so incredibly brave for posting a video like this. And it comforts people like myself who struggle with these things. You're such a beautiful human being and I appreciate you talking about your story. The pain thing is a major thing I struggle with every month. I have to call off work a lot, and I vomit due to the intense pain I get all of the time. My Mom has PCOS and I have endometriosis and PCOS. It has been such a struggle on me physically but more so mentally. The infertility issue is what tears me up the most. Being 25, I'm at the point in my life where I want to have children..and it absolutely breaks my heart knowing I might not be able to give my fiance his own child. I've also struggled with acne and weight gain from PCOS which also has taken a toll on my mental state. & the hair thing I have had trouble dealing with as well...used to get bullied for excessive hair on my arms in school. You, Victoria, are an inspiration and I'm so grateful to have had a chance to watch your video. I really REALLY hope you will post more videos like this in the future. Love from Toledo, Ohio 💕💕

I'm still working on figuring out what works for me honestly. I still lose my shit time to time. writing helps a lot taking social breaks from friends for like a week of no social outings keeps me from not being overwhelmed by life and people. I love people but can't be around large groups for a long time. baths make me more anxious so I don't recommend that lol. the gym works wonders for me too. @@laurenmichele9323

I came to watch your video because I saw the link on Danny's IG story and because I love your personality...I'm finishing watching it thinking you're an incredible strong woman !! I'm not suffering from ENDO or PCOS, but I know friends who do and I see how harsh it is on them, so kuddos for talking openly about it. I'm a mom of 4, 3 of them being girls (22, 19 and 15) and I make sure they are aware of how important it is to listen to their body , because sometimes Dr don't exactly know what's going on. Life is really odd ...I've felt guilty to easily get pregnant while seeing my friends having troubles for years...But life is what it is and guilt won't help anything, so now I try to stay informed to be able to talk about it with friends if needed. I admire you, your courage to face all this, your strength to keep going and overcome everything. So I'm sending you supportive hugs and soothing vibes, from a human being to another. Stay the beautiful soul you are, enjoy every second and let life flows...Blessings to you Victoria

Thank you so much for sharing your struggles as there are so many women seeking answers to their issues and there is so much negativity and misinformation on the web, but watching/listening to your story it brings a very real human aspect to something that women everywhere need to know more about. Your video is very informative and your information is based on real medical information, which is what so many need to hear, so kudos to you for sharing what you know about PCOS/endo. My best friend has PCOS and after many, many years she and her husband did have a baby girl, who just turned 6 (her name is Keira, but I lovingly call her "Nugget," LOL), after trying all types of fertility routines, but they were never able to have another child and have the mentality the same as you guys, "It's too much to keep putting the women through over and over again.". My heart goes out to you and your mate. I have only had one miscarriage at 12 weeks because my body can't carry babies without trying to kill me in the process. Our youngest, Loki, was a preemie, born at 31 weeks, because I developed HELLP syndrome and he spent 30 days in the NICU. That journey almost broke me, it was agonizing watching all these little ones struggle through so much. I was pretty much forced into getting a tubal ligation after having him (which has caused me nothing but complications since having the procedure done) and I remember feeling like they took the very thing that made me a woman away from me (it took years to stop feeling that way). I was able to have 2 boys, Free and Loki, albeit 14 years apart, but they are probably the only thing I ever got right in this world, LOL, and I couldn't imagine life without them. It breaks my heart that I can't have any more children and being with the love of my life and he has no biological children and I can't give him any it was a struggle mentally whether to stay or leave the relationship because I believed he deserved children if his own. Well, needless to say he refused to allow me to make that decision for him and you could never tell he isn't the biological father of our children, he is happy and content with them, they are "his" children. I only mention any of this as I can only imagine the mental anguish you put yourself through and the thoughts of knowing/thinking you know what your partner wants and deserves and feeling like you can't do just that very thing can eat you alive and take you away from living and enjoying your life and you deserve to love every moment of your life, PLEASE remember that. I can only imagine your heartache and my heart goes out to you, just watching your face in the video as you talk about your loss is heartwrenching. Just remember this does not make you "less than" and there are many, many ways for you and Danny to become parents together!! I bet you guys will be AWESOME parents!! Also I don't know if this would help your mentality any, but I did medical transcription for 22 years and I'm learning medical coding now and when doing medical charts we call the "medical abortion" a "therapeutic termination" or "elective termination" and I'm not sure if it would help your anguish that shows so clearly on your face when speaking the word "abortion," as I know you are just speaking the terms the medical personnel have said to you over and over. Your such an inspiration and you seem so strong, I just wanted to share a couple things that "might" help you have some comfort (hopefully) in this trying time. I wish you and yours all the best in the future and thank you again for sharing your story and for your inspiration to women all over the world!! Luv, luv!!

Thank you so much for sharing your story. I know that took a lot of courage to let yourself be that vulnerable and I’m terribly sorry the loss you and Danny went through. I’m convinced I have pcos because I have almost every symptom and have dealt with it since I hit puberty. I had a very hard time getting pregnant as well. But I’ve talked to 3 different doctors and none of them have listened to me and tell me nothing is wrong with me. It’s very frustrating and disheartening

New Fan here! & New Sub! (Big Asking Alexandria & Danny Worsnop Fan) Sending you lots of LOVE and Positive/Healing Vibes! I wish I'd had your courage when I was diagnosed at 19 with Endo. Instead, I was ashamed, embarrassed, etc. and eventually after getting the Lupon treatment I just stopped talking about it. I'm now almost 46 and have Endo throughout my abdomen and in the muscles from having 2 C-Sections. That's something they don't warn you about when you have to have a C-Section. :( My Gyn suspects PCOS and I was scheduled for a partial hysterectomy in Feb but I had a bad feeling and got scared; I cancelled it. My 21 year old daughter is going through some of the same issues that I initially had along with two bleeding disorders and some other health issues. I have always tried to encourage her to speak up for herself and be strong. You remind me a little bit of her with your honesty and bravery when it comes to being a woman! Keep on speaking up and spreading awareness! xoxoxo

My best friend has PCOS as does another friend who is a coworker of mine. Both have begun Arbonne health supplements. I’ve personally dealt with different things, not PSOS but things that made it incredibly important to pay attention to ingredients in everything I eat & with this brand, it really can help. Just with the bloating, there’s a product called Digestion Plus that is life changing. You take it in the morning before eating or drinking. It’s packed full of prebiotics, probiotics & digestive enzymes. Everything is vegan, no artificial ingredients, no soy or gluten & is vouched for by the Mayo Clinic. My husband is military, like you, & uses these supplements as well. If you’d like more info, let me know. It’s so heartbreaking to know that you’re going through all of this. Just the miscarriages alone are beyond anything I can imagine. Girl, I’ll be praying for you. You’re a serious light for so many people also struggling with things like this. My heart so genuinely goes out to you & Danny both. Dealing with military Dr’s can be a NIGHTMARE!!! They told my best friend, who is an Air Force wife she couldn’t possibly have PCOS b/c she had 2 kids & had gotten pregnant other times (miscarriages) and “ppl w/PCOS can’t have kids or get pregnant” so it took YEARS for her to get a diagnosis & turns out, she has a horrible case of it. She has literally every single thing/side effect you’ve touched on. I’m so glad you kept on going. Being active duty might’ve been helpful for you as well. But sometimes it can actually work against you, depending where you’re stationed & who your supervisor/PCM is. Again, prayers for you girl! Sending so much love & light.

1 in 10 women ar effected by PCOS. I went 15 years undiagnosed because even doctors weren't that knowledgeable. My doctor insisted since I had a child in 1997 I could not have PCOS. Never mind I had a lack of periods (like 1 a year), weight gain of 70 lbs, excessive hair growth and ovaries that looked like bunches of grapes on ultrasound due to cysts. (Hence polycystic..many cysts). I am now a type 2 diabetic due to the insulin resistance. I am on a good regiment to manage symptoms now. I made peace with my son being an only child many years ago. I was lucky to have him.

Oh my god, I just found out a lot of women I look up to or follow suffer from endometriosis. First Tati Westbrook then Halsey. Idk if it’s that common or just a coincidence, but it’s still sad to think about. The struggle you all have to go through is crushing. Tati is literally one of the healthiest people I know, but it must be devastating to take care of your body to its literal prime, only for it to betray you or not have it do what you want.

I have endometriosis. Its horrible! I have had a laboscopry back in January and was told I have stage 1. I wasn't confident in the doctor, so I seeked another. She is still waiting on my results from my previous dr, however during a normal exam she immediately noticed I also have pelvic hernias. It's extremely hard to talk about because everyone thought I was making it all up. Have you and Danny thought about a surrogate? I know it's not ideal but it is a thought.

My experience: - I'm 20, I will be 21 this June. - my balance is shit - hair on my head is thin and falling out, but everywhere else is growing as fuck - coffee is shit. I love coffee, cannot drink it. - I'm fine with sugar tho - hormone imbalance is such a /great/ thing. Gotta love having menopause symptoms while still having period, and being manic and depressed at the same time. Gotta love it. - with my last miscarriage I was in my 5 month and I've seen my fair share of shit, but goddammit, I never want to go through that again. I was in so much pain that people didn't know what to do. I was bleeding my uterus out and I lost my baby boy and hospital people fucked so many things that I figure out later. - the pills. I have addiction in my family and I scared as fuck to get addicted to this shitty pills. - I understand the embarrassing portion of all of this shit, but I'm here and I am going to talk people about it, I know too many people who don't even know there is something wrong with them. Period pain that lasts for days is not NORMAL. WTF. - when I broke my knee it hurt less than my period. Let just leave it at that. - ultrasound is awful. - food is the only comfort I get. Diet doesn't help me, so I eat whatever I can. Bananas are great for pain. At least for me. - I love sex and I'm usually fine during the sex but I need an hour or something after to chill. - doctors recommended weed for the pain, but it makes it worse and I just eat most of the time. - my memory is shit too. - DOCTORS DON'T KNOW SHIT. GO THERE AND DEMAND THAT THEY TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY. I'd probably have a kid right now of my doctor's wouldn't just say "it's normal to feel pain" and "a little bit of bleeding during pregnancy is fine" and "you still have time, you are young". No, I don't have time. I don't want to have time. I don't care that I'm 20. - doctor's not wanting to tie my tubes. I'm 20. Another pregnancy can kill me. Another miscarriage will probably kill me. If by some magic survive the pregnancy, birth can kill me. I can die before I reach my 30ies because I can bleed out if my uterus decides to fuck off into the sunset with cysts and vaginal dryness. - blackouts. I blackout if I go up the stairs too quickly, if I get up from bed too quickly. - insomnia and sleepiness. Fuck me sideways, I watch my hubby sleep all night and then by the mercy of who knows whom I pass out in the morning for an hour or so.
