Endorphin.es Shuttle Control is a Eurorack USB-to-MIDI-to-CV converter module that features 16 fully customizable channels. It's a swiss-army tool for audio, MIDI and CV signals including pitch/gate, MIDI CC, MPE, LFO's, envelopes & more. It's compatible with PC/Mac and iOS without any drivers.
In this video, I give you a quick overview of the Shuttle Control, a tutorial on how to setup it with an iOS (iPad/iPhone) sequencer including MIDI CC.

Can confirm. I bought a cheapo offbrand connection kit and it eventually broke after 6 months. The wiring eventually broke inside the cable. Now I reinforce any important cables with heat shrink.

why not skip the rackbrute 3u and use the shuttle control as the power supply?

True, I can do that ;) the setup for this video was for perfect. I have a bigger case but this was more practical to show than on the big one :) Cheers

I've been using the shuttle control for a while now and love the idea of being able to edit it with my iPad instead of getting a computer and using the web editor. However, When I try to use the lemur app, it does not "read" or update the current presets that are loaded onto the shuttle control when I plug it in. It just shows up blank. If I then try to edit a preset, it immediately overwrites everything to a white noise output and I lose the preset I had. Is this intended? Do you know of a way for the iPad to read the current presets loaded on the shuttle control so that I could (for example) plug the iPad in, and adjust one of the output without messing up everything else? This could be such a powerful tool

Did you say you were using Lemur to change the settings for the Shuttle Control? How were you able to pull it up and change it without having to do a sysfile or midi dump? Can you please explain? Thanks!

I downloaded the Lemur app on my iPad from the AppStore and the Shuttle Control template (editor) from the Lemur user library. Then, you connect the module to your iPad with the CCK adapter (iPads without USB-C only), configure the MIDI channel and launch the editor. That's all and it should work :)

I’m also wondering if you know of any alternatives to the Lemur template? Seemed like the perfect solution but sadly it’s been discontinued. Perhaps a touchosc template exists…

Thank you for the video; however, is there any possible way to perform an arpeggiator without using a Daw clock nor an ipad?; does the stand alone synthesizer and a midi keyboard could perform an arpeggio? Or theres always a need of a incoming clock from a Daw or a Ipad; if so, how could i sync the clock of my analog sequencer (doeper dark time) with my shuttle system to perform an arpeggio? I have seen a setup where there are like two outputs from the shuttle control conected together; what would be that setup for? Finally, some examples of the tap possible configurations would be very cool. (^_^)/ kind regards

you can connect a MIDI keyboard like a Keystep (Arp, Sequencer) on it and it works with the USB In Connection. You can also attach the additional MIDI module which gives you standard MIDI Din connections. You must configure it inside the editor where you say which signal goes out like a clock or so. You have different tap clocks but also classic clocks to choose from
