@@kenrudd6362 I honestly hated sepitus' death.it was a bad one saying he was a relentless assault that gave no opening to saying shame I had to cut him in half.
@@adamryan6857 its a bit more than that if you listen closely you can hear how enraptured abbadon is in sepitus' skill and grace and how regretful he is that he had to kill him because abbadon respects warriors. (edit) the only thing i didnt like was how quick it was even haar had more time dedicated to his death on page
I love the character of Endryd Haar. However i was slightly annoyed the way he was killed off. Haar had so so much more potential and wish he was either wounded or survived the Siege of Terra. Either dragged away wounded to Abaddon or him alone beating Abaddon into retreating. I think he is much more interesting than Garo.
Honestly I think it was fitting for him, a thunder warrior to die in the final battle of the heresy since he wouldn’t see the degrade of the imperium and it’s fall.
You know. Angron was supposed to be the emperors healer. We saw how that went. His geneson here did more to try and heal the empire than Angron could have, albeit, healing through a hell of a bloodletting ritual...
It is worth noting haar survived 7 killing strokes from abaddon before he finally died. Though personally find the way his death was written to bot dumb,since he kept punching abaddon on the helmet abaddon should have at least been taken aback by the riven hound strength
Finally!!! Been waiting for this log since your first upload of Loken's story! Endryd Haar (after listening to the Blackshield audiobooks) solidified him as my favorite example of what a space marine can be and he is my favorite to follow over all others, whether the 31st or 41st/42nd millennium. His tale is one I constantly re-read and cherish. Though his end seems most unfair considering what we know of Abbadon and what became of him. (Endryd Haar's story is what made me go out of my way and make a 5,000 point army for the original Horus Heresy system a few years ago, still saddens me we will probably never see Blackshields as playable army for the newest edition of the heresy. Yes, I do think having him fight Abbadon feels like a cheap way to make Abbadon feel even cooler, it does leave a bitter taste in my mouth when I thin about it still, after reading that part of the SoT series. Thank you Remembrancer for making such an amazing video, I hope to see more in the near future!)

An Astartes 1v1ing a thunder warrior is insane. Thunder warriors were on par with custodians when it comes to pure strength. Even valdor had trouble putting down a thunder warrior primarch
He might have actually been a thunder warrior that somehow became an astarte. He was extremely ancient , from terra , his size and strength and there are few other things in the lore that suggest that possibility . It isnt 100 percent confirmed but there are hints
The deeper I go into 40k lore, the more I realize that a lot of people don’t know what “plot armor” is. Abaddon escaping certain death via teleportation isn’t “plot armor”; matter of fact, If he didn’t use that feature the Author would be mercilessly ridiculed for not writing Abby as competent to use the features of his armor. You can argue Abby is/was OP, but him surviving this fight wasn’t plot armor.
Let`s be honest as with Endryd Haar as with Sigismund, as with a lot of others great astartes, Adaddon was saved by plot armor. I know chaos boys will cry me a river and will texte me a lot how I am "wrong", but Abaddon was never one of the best astartes in fight before chaos cheats. Riven Hound was. Maybe not the best, but still one of best of the bests.
