Just search for something like "youtube to mp3", choose a converter and copy the URL of the RU-vid video (and avoid clicking the usual annoying ads, of course). Since you have our permission that's perfectly legal. Others just make a screen recording and extract the audio. If your content doesn't generate any income and you don't intent to do so, you don't need a license. In that case just follow the instructions in the description. You could use the music on a monetized channel without a license, but you can't monetize the video containing the music without a license. Changing any music in the way you mentioned would literally be illegal, in several ways, so that would not be a good idea at all. Besides that, in most cases the algo would still recognize the music you used. If you have a small channel and are newly monetized without any significant income and just want to use it in one video, just send us the link (via the website, not here) and we can let you monetize for free as a favour. It's the exact opposite of reality. And we certainly won't stand by watching people basically weaponize our music and harm anyone using it. No actual composers or producers would do that. Those who title music as "no copyright" or similar search terms and promise things like "no copyright claims and strikes, free monetization etc. etc." are lying straight to your face. It's fraud, actually. And many of those won't even know it since all they do is keep spreading misinformation by others without using their brains for a second. Many literally have no idea what they are doing at all and only want to make quick money, others have no idea at all and don't want anything but still harm everyone, others do it on purpose - the real scammers and other criminals, and of course shady wannabe "composers" who daily steal tracks, retitle them and sell them as their own.
