This recording gathers some of the interventions part of the professional training course organised by the Centre for Judicial Cooperation on 30-31 October 2023 in Florence.
This two-day training aimed at providing legal practitioners with an update on the EU and ECHR standards on the rule of law and discuss concrete examples of how judicial dialogue can help judges address conflicts between EU and national constitutional norms on the rule of law, judicial independence, impartiality, accountability and freedom of expression of legal professionals.
