I was supposed to go to bed 3 hours ago, but im watching this! Somehow this channel is always telling me what i need to hear right at the necessary time.
Because I am an ENFP,I keep making insanely detailed “ to do” lists with tasks I need to accomplish only to end up doing almost nothing on the list. Often, I forget to even look at the list. I just realized the excessive time I’m spending to create lists, carrying unfinished tasks over to the next day,would be better spent just doing the tasks on the list. Coping with ADHD as well, makes it increasingly more difficult to stop procrastinating.
Hey Dan, this is exactly what I needed to hear. I've been procrastinating something throughout the week and made it a critical todo item only to discover now that when I think about it longer.. there's no real need to do it (in that particular way)! Thank you so much, and keep posting!
