최고의 성형은 다이어트라지만 꼭 그런것도 아닌 것 같아요. 아, 물론 다이어트를 하면 하기 전보다 예뻐지는건 맞지만 초이프님처럼 예쁘신 분들은 안해도 미모가 드러나더라구요. 제가 길가다가 너무 예뻐서 넋놓고 쳐다본 분이 있는데 160대초반에 80키로는 돼보이는 분이었어요. 일단 분위기가 여성스럽고 우아하고 , 비단결같은 머릿결에 백옥같은 피부, 머리부터 발끝까지 단정하고 깔끔한 매무새..진짜 공주같았어요. 살찐것도 뚱뚱해보이는게 아니라 귀티로 보이더라고요.
Fried cabbage has been a staple for me this last year. I don’t need much oil at all just a few ml to wet the pan, just some salt and chilies make it a great volume and flavor add to a dish. Lost 30lbs without working out more than I always have.
Whaaa these are amazing.. I haven’t watched to the end yet but the shrimp todu pancakes and the cabbage spring rolls caught my eye.. looks so yummy. I’ve been on a weight loss journey, and so far I’m doing great but I’m always looking for new recipes to keep calories low and my tastebuds satisfied at the same time. Thank you!❤❤❤❤
자꾸 비상상황이라고 하는거 너무웃겨. 언니 오늘올린음식들 전부진짜 맛있어보여요.찐으로 제가 전에 다이어트할때는 그냥 고구마.닭찌찌.이렇게 요리안해도되는 음식들로만 해서 다이어트에 자꾸지쳐서 실패했었는데 언니알게되고 전에 올려주신음식들 다해먹진못하고 간간히 해먹으면서 4월초 부터 지금까지 계속 다이어트중입니다.현재까지 6kg 정도 빠졌고 앞으로 갈길이 구만리지만 오늘새로 올려주신것도 잘먹을께여 히히 언니가 알려주는 레시피는 진짜쉽고 재료가 연결이되서 너무 좋아요🩷

Without exercise, how can you lose fat in your arms and thighs? I'm really struggling with that even though I do aerobics and try to control what I eat to some extent. :((
I've always dieted without exercise. I find it insane how in the West everyone is told you need to start going to the gym, run etc. And then you will be so hungry, but can only eat a little. And not that many calories are consumed if you are out of shape like many are. Makes no sense!
