Let’s talk about the ingredients. Here is 300 grams of plain flour, baking powder 6 gram, easy bake yeast 6 gram, oil 10 gram, warm water 180 gram, and here we have prepared from spring onions. First we’ll add the baking powder into the flour, add the sugar too, and also put in the yeast. Mix it up first. When you’re done mixing we’ll slowly add the water. Add slowly, and continue mixing it. Then you’ll knead it, ad the oil and continue kneading it. After you added the oil knead it for about 10 minutes. So we’ve kneaded it for about 10 minutes. Now we’ll make it into a round ball, and put it back into the bowl. Let it rest for about an hour, and it should double in size. 1:40 Now we’ve waited for about an hour, so now we’ll take it out. After you take it out push down some of the air, and then we’re roll it out thin and flat. 2:00 After we rolled it flat we’ll spread some oil onto it. Now we’ve finished one, put it in the steamer on top of the steaming paper. Put them on top of boiling water for somewhere between 10-20 minutes. 4:19 Our buns have finished steaming.
