Anyway, if your husband gets leaves in around April - May or / and November - December, consider going on long vacation at that time since during this time your living city suffered from either heat or pollution. You can go for long vacation in India itself in Uttarakhand - Himachal Pradesh in April - May and Goa - Kerala - Andaman- Nikobar in November - December. If your husband is getting leaves only during this time of year, then only consider going on vacation during present time because this is one of best time to stay in India
