Notes: 0:28 Base Bread is supposedly, the world’s first nutritionally balanced bread, containing 1/3 of the recommended daily values in 1 meal (2 bread rolls). Reid has been consuming it for at least, the past 6 months, and several of his listeners (including a nutritionist!) have thanked him for this recommendation as it really helps (?) them to get their daily nutrition in. You can find out more information about Base Bread here: basefood.us. 1:04 Here, Reid hears Kuzuha saying nitrogen (窒素, shisso) instead of plain (質素, shisso) 2:10 I'm not really familiar with Toriko, but they're making a reference to Toriko, a popular Japanese manga series. 4:15 Toguro Brothers are characters from the manga series, Yu Yu Hakusho.

Never knew that constantly eating bread makes you have a weird body XD 1:40 Cup Noodles are good but not bread!? That can't be right. 4:15 This suddenly reminded me of my dad talking about Isang Daang Porsyentong, funny line. Oh yeah on the topic of noodles and bread, eating both is pretty good. We do it often here, just dip the bread into the noodles and eat it that way.

I... understand their sentiment. I drank a few cases of soylent when I was busy. I think it should be similar. It's really good, Chai and coffee flavors, for lunch. Meal replacement / Nutritionally balanced "foods". Are really decent if you can stand the taste and texture.
