very nice,looking good, but like you said, not everyone have a scale like you had, which is hard for us to measure (gram) size, when you using 1 g for baking soda and powder, which is about how much on a teaspoon?Half or under? that should be very important for any beginner....
1 gram is about 1/4 tablespoon. sorry, we rarely use that kind of measurement here, I always use grams. sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you still enjoy this recipe :)
Henry Lo You can just buy a kitchen scale, you know. The US is one of the only places in the world that uses volumetric measurements for cooking. Measurements by weight is way more common, so if you're interested in trying out recipes from different parts of the world, it's probably a good idea to invest in a scale, anyway. They aren't that expensive. You can get a pretty decent one for less than $15 online.
