I am not understanding how OBS is able to speak to the desktop and laptop in the same video. You were talking about this in the clip right before the cropping section. Thanks for your videos and this channel.
Hi Marilyn! When I'm at home where I make my videos I plug my laptop into an external monitor (just another screen) so I end up with two screens (the laptop screen, and the external screen). These are the two sources that OBS can record when we select "Display Capture". If you're doing this only on a Laptop or a computer with just one screen, you will only have one option. If you have any other questions be sure to reply and ask! Hope that helped.
Thanks Tinker. I have used OneNote in the past, but now I use Notability. I'll probably be making a video on that in the future if it's of interest to you.
@@markjodonohue I have used notability since a maths teacher introduced it to me 5 years ago, but it would be great if you could show us how you use it. I love the app but I know I could do more with it :)
Rightio I'll start planning a video. Shall I just go through my lesson writing process? Or make it as more of a Notability overview/tutorial? What do you think?
@@markjodonohue For me it would be interesting to see how you use Notability in general for your teaching/planning process. I can see that you use it efficiently, and of course want to copy that :)
