She's getting married in a couple of months and writes to an 11 yr old boy, "I do love you more than ANYONE in the WORLD..." I cannot imagine how bamboozled her fiance must feel besides being violently sick to his stomach.
As a mother to a 5th grader I am literally sickened. How could any adult look at a child and find them attractive. Disgusting. I hope they give her max jail time.
I mean kids are attractive (sure) but if you look at them in a different way, thats a whole different story. I am sickened to even think about this. Felt more anxious to send my kid to school now. Very disturbing!
I think they’re quoting the messages between the two, not calling the actions just making out. You are correct we do need to use the right terms cuz sugar coating it makes it a farce for people.
Oh wait I think I see what you mean, do you mean the title of the video? Because then yes absolutely we have to use the correct term. Sorry I thought you meant what they were reading.
Stunted maturity - She is still a "child" in an adults body (not cognitively but emotionally), allowing for those types of "relationships" to develop. Considering she's on the verge of getting married, it's possible that the stress of that and "becoming an adult," might have triggered her to attempt to "go back" in a type of denile - unfortunately leading her to have an inappropriate relationship with her past.
The reason there aren't as many male teachers getting caught these days is because they think better of going for that first kiss because girls are chatty and tell their friends everything.
Who cares if it's her "first offense"? How about we start sending the message that if you interfere with children you won't see daylight for 20+ years.
Here is who cares.....all the children she didn't get a chance to prey on. THAT is who cares. THAT is what matters. It's bad and sad enough that there is one child.
@@oooh19 it wasn’t only handwritten messages. At 2:23 he says text exchange, and later mentions the parents allowed the teacher on a ski trip and allowed them to exchange phone numbers.
The fact that we’re even questioning whether she deserves jail time is absurd. Leniency because it’s her first offense. If a man did this it would be automatic jail time
I agree with why are we questioning it. But we can’t say a man would get automatic jail time. My uncle who attacked me at 8 didn’t. The daycare worker who attacked me at 10 didn’t.
"Haha bro I just want to make out with you" HOW DOES SOMEONE WITH A ADULT MIND FIND THAT ATTRACTIVE. I've hung out with 11 year old, they are weird, silly and annoying.
Imagine being her fiancé and knowing she'd rather be with an 11 year old KID instead of you. I feel so bad for the guy, but it seems like he dodged a bullet....
What you forget is that the young man could have easily called for help or said, "I'm telling my parents, you freak!", but instead he was a willing participant.
So much collateral damage here. The parents of the kid, her other students, the school as a whole, the fiancé, fiancés family, her own family, etc etc. She just made a ton of people look back on every interaction they’ve ever had with her in a different way.
HOW could you look at an eleven year old child like that?!? It’s so disgusting and I just cannot wrap my head around it. There’s something seriously wrong with her mind
@@nekemli2622If it had been a man, and his female fiance left him, we’d ALSO be relieved for her, for the bullet she also dodged. What’s the confusion? The fiance may not be the primary victim, but they would have been married to a sicko so they’re lucky not to be. duh. 🤷♀️
@@abutestes1855A change in attitudes and perceptions of damage too, I imagine in the past people would be told off or sacked but not it is more and more becoming to be seen as criminal.
Am I insane? Or does it seem like you guys feel more empathy for the husband than for the actual victim? As if the husband is the victim and not the child.
@@chrissyscholl816 precisely my point, way too much weight is put on a criminal background check. It's not a psychological test, and even that may not tell you their intent.
Screening will do even less than a full assessment. It’s common practice for police departments to put cadets through full psychological assessments to ensure they are psychologically fit. However, there are still a lot of bad cops who get through. Read the news on any given day. I worked corrections for some years and the officers could be as psychopathic as the inmates. Assessments are expensive and not fool-proof. A noble suggestion but not realistic or truly valuable.

I'm a retired teacher. Women teachers have always preyed on students. It's only now that they're being punished for it. I've seen male and female colleagues prey on students. The men lost their jobs, their marriages, their teaching licenses, their freedom, and were put on the SO registry for life. The women were allowed to resign, kept their teaching licenses, didn't go to jail, and weren't put on the SO registry. Even now, women aren't punished as harshly as men, but at least they are punished. And I guarantee you that for every case that gets on the news, there are 10 cases that the district administration hushed up, involving both men and women. Btw, notice that the female teacher "made out" with the 11 year old boy. If it was a male teacher, would the news report it using the same language? Of course not.
Exactly. If this was a man “making out” with a 5th grade girl he’d be doing some time of some sort most likely and I think more people would be enraged. This is crazy!
Very true. And also very telling considering the whole "equality" push and sham.... they don't really want true equality!!! They want obvious privilege when it benifits them, yet still have the underlying sentiment of being viewed as "harmless" in these kinds of situations!!
I agree!! I am a teacher and that sounds so weird. In over 20 years of teaching, I have never socialized with the parents (except when my own children were friends of my students).
That does seem weird. I wonder if that didn’t kind of start this whole thing maybe. Since she started spending time with him outside of the classroom. Just a thought.
I’m a teacher and it is standard to not allow student contact unless through parents, and even then teachers are encouraged to only contact parents through school phones or school based digital contact like email.
See, it’s not allowed. But seeing as she is willing to break the law and do intimate acts with minors, something tells me she didn’t mind breaking another ethical rule.

As a woman who works with children I cannot comprehend how this keeps happening. While background checks seem like the answer, anyone who works with kids is required to get regular background checks. That's not going to change anything if you've never been caught. There needs to start being more severe consequences for women who victimize children. If this was a male teacher with a student people would be absolutely outraged.
Now that so many of these cases are generating awareness you shouldn't be working around children either. You might start getting ideas once you come across a child at work... women are just weak like that. What makes you any different than the rest?

Talking to ALL kids (boys and girls) about inappropriate conduct with trusted adults is a hard but important conversation that is much more important than ever.
@cableexpertcarl. Bull sh it. The women are dealt with much more harshly than the men. When was the last time you saw a male pe do teacher plastered across the headlines? Because they don't prey on little girls? They're much more prolific in their perversion than female teachers (they're both disgusting) but female teachers are in the news more because it's much more titillating to think of young women with young boys.
One thing that I believe is causing a rise of these illegal / inappropriate relationships is that through cell phones these adults have access to children that they never had in the past. I am 57 and my teachers were not able to reach me at any hour day or night without my parents’ knowledge. Prior to cell phones, these adults would not have been able to have a 24/7 private relationship to prey upon and groom these children.

I think it happened in the past also but was under reported. Just the other week at my work a young female staff shared nude snaps with a 17 year old student and then he shared them with his high school friends and a student reported it.

She was caught ABUSING this child. Let's not sugar coat what she did. As the parent of a boy close to this age, I had a visceral reaction to this. I am absolutely disgusted and enraged. I cannot imagine how a grown woman could do this to a child and a teacher at that. Just vile.

Why did this kid have enough privacy to have a text conversation with this woman? Got to get these kids off the Internet. I know that it was a teacher, but still it’s just too much exposure.
Its because of modern day parents giving little timmy total privacy because he deserves privacy at 10yrs old and parents shouldn't "overstep their boundaries" or restrict their 10yr old kids no matter what. 10yr old kids deserve the respect of adults or they might get mad at their parents so do what the 10yr old wants
Exactly. Parents trust the school to raise their own kids. Parents give kids phones well because schools will give them laptops anyway. So the school says so let’s do it. Absent parents allow for predators to step in. The internet and cell phones allow predators to step in.

Over the age of consent leave them to it as long as they keep it outside the classroom but 11 is a tad young even he is telling her he wants to make out
@@johnbarlow4572Well…outside the classroom still means that there is a conflict of interest, even if the student is of legal age. Relationships, making out, dating and s3x affairs, between teacher/adult and kid/student, is still not appropriate and should be made illegal. Once the student leaves school and is of legal age, sure… though it’s still kinda weird from a parents’ perspective. But definitely, those connections are NOT acceptable when the kid or youth is still in that school and being taught by that teacher or encounters that adult, whom is working in that school.
