Girl, re the shopping - 1. Bottled water is CRAP. Never drink (or eat) from plastic (including coffee cups, takeaway food boxes etc which are lined with plastic) Always buy glass where possible. Most bottled water is absolutely filled with nasties such as fluoride. High amounts of plastic seeps into our food & drinks which disrupts our hormones. 2. That “olive oil” spray you use is NOT olive oil! Fry light is made with seed/vegetable oils such as sunflower oil which you quoted you try to avoid. Not to mention plenty of avocado oil and olive oil has been lab tested to actually be cut with the crap oils. The only extra virgin olive oil is EXPENSIVE and worth the price. Coconut oil spray doesn’t exist because it’s again, majority made with vegetable oils such as sunflower, otherwise it wouldn’t spray! 3. Those rice packs you buy, are also made with sunflower oil or soy bean or vegetable oils (all in the same category of AVOID!) Just make normal rice in a batch, cheaper and healthier for cost effectiveness and for your health. 4. You have the money to buy nice things, do lovely things, but what about actually spending more on the QUALITY of your food? Why not source it from local farm shops, organic, pasture raised meats, eggs, milk and vegetables/fruit which are not churned out in over farmed soils and then wrapped in plastic? If you want to invest in your health, this should be your priority! Why skimp on the things we put into our body? Read the ingredients, understand and make better choices. Aldi is great for those on a budget, but if you can afford it, it’s worth finding better sources. Just saying, hope you take into account what I’m saying as it’s not meant as an attack, just to help ♥️
