HEllo Dont know if you'll see this or not but just wanted to ask you a question if I may, may be a kind of a strange question, but since your department there has those roll up doors with garage door openers attached to them, and this has happen to my garage door before, but what would you do if you got a call, and one or more of your door openers actually Failed to open the doors, Inow that pretty much all of these openers have those emergency pull cords that you can actually pull down on to realease the door manually and be able to open the door by hand, but what would you have to do if you weren't able to get your fire trucks out of the bay(s) because of the doors failing to open, guessing calling the next nearest department and see if they could respond to your call??????

Tell the guy in the cab to stop telling the driver how to drive. This is not a car..... You hit and kill someone, driver is fully liable for all injuries and deaths. Drive to arrive, not drive faster.
