Dealing with professionals in Real Estate is the same thing. I am so sick of dealing with arrogant and lazy professionals who rip You off and don’t even do a good job. I am going to learn. Electric, plumbing, construction and do all this on my own!

I'm going through something similar right now that I have been dealing with since 11/7. I've had the same calls, the hangups, the same frustrations. I'm still trying to get the credit card company to refund me. Maybe by the new year...ugh. Best of luck you two.

At this point, this is a day late late and dollar short, but the 7.3s are known for certain idiosyncrasies as are any other motor.

I had a transmission job for my Volvo that cost 3.5k and I had a 3 year and 36k miles warranty and it's now three years and this is a nationwide place and it still is not fixed after three attempts to fix it. Called corporate and they did nothing for me. I don't trust the owner anymore and my next step is going to small claims court. This is bringing back bad memories from my issues and mine is still not fixed. I made the mistake and not pay with a credit card but with bank checks........I learned now I will pay with credit cards from now

Lol I saw this coming . You shoulda stuck with the mechanic in Tucson. Buying salvage engines isn’t like shopping on Amazon. It’s really hits home you guys remind me of me and my SO.

You can dispute the whole amount with your credit card company and they will eat the shipping and restocking fee. You have the phone call saying they sent the wrong engine so it shouldn't be a problem. Good reason to pay with credit card...if you had done a bank transfer you would be out your money. Good luck

I saw you part 1 video and got excited because we had been looking for and engine for my son's car. I did a online quote with SW and was so happy when it came back they had an engine. (Back story we have been looking for a specific engine for this car for well over 3 months. No one had one) so my husband called gave them the quote # I recieved and they swore they had it. Then I watched part 2 and googled their reviews, needless to I didn't order it🙅🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ thanks for the heads up.
