The handling issue is from the scraping. The downforce is so high that the car scrapes and then you lose grip on the rear tires.

I know Automation will never get rotaries, but that won't stop me from asking!

I've found that 60 degree V6s in 2-valve, single overhead cam design are best representative of a rotary. For the 787's quad, (obv) the V12 works well. This gives you the most similar size, and when playing with sliders a similar weight as well.

Jesus, I get intimidated just making a livery, and having done some jbeam work myself, I cant imagine how much of a pain this must've been. But I do have to point out that the drivers seat is rhd and not central, even though the shifter is on the right of the driver

Wheels with center lugs are threaded the opposite way to the way the wheel turns so that going forwards means they won't just thread the nut off, they also tighten it extremely tight I believe around 300 ft-lbs?

As soon as I watched the rotary engine video I knew you would make a rotary car and here we are.

The 4 rotors are 2.6L... ^^ And it basically made 1200+ HP (and was tuned down for the races.... it's the only time in history that it was done that way) so yeah

"Don't buy Radeon" man I felt that in my bones dude. They make such great value cards, but they really have a tendency to shit themselves, and some games just run like trash on them. I love Radeon as a company, but as a creator they just don't make the cut sometimes.

The rim doesn't spin independently from the hub because it still has studs that recess into the back of the rim. Ther just not threaded.

Apparently, an rotor values for 3 pistons, soo in theory: 1 rotor-3 pistons 2 rotors-6 pistons 3 rotors-9 pistons And 4 rotors-12 pistons

Before I even start the video the 787B is one of my favorite cars of all time, and the recreation in the thumbnail is already enough for me ALSO when I try to look up weird car dimensions and components, almost EVERY TIME the place to find them ends up being those incredibly detailed cale model kits So that's how I learned that it had double wishbone fronts

Beamng is one of the very few car games that has mouse steering which is highly superior than jamming your fingers on A & D so even keyboard users have no excuse

The Mazda 787b is one of my most favorite rotary cars :] And I love that Ange started development on rotaries for his engine simulator

How do you export 2 vehicles into the same mod in beamng like that? I have to know! I can only export each individual car as its own mod, so my vehicles menu in beam is an absolute mess.

How are you exporting the car with different wheels and having BOTH versions show up under one mod? It doesnt just overwrite the first one?

I know it's not ment to be perfect, but i am noticing way too many small mistakes. I'm pretty sure the reat tailights were suposed to be two small rectangles over the diffuser and what you made into tailights are actually vents, also the Renown and Charge liveries are different. I know i'm picky, but it's frustrating because i tried to do this a couple times and it never looks right despite me replicating everything bit by bit and i feel like you have the potential to do it right.
