Fun fact: While pirate ships of course had a captain, his authority wasn't unquestionable like in the military. So, to avoid a mutiny, a pirate needed the crew "on board". A pirate ship was a crude democracy, which made the captain more like a president. @@ruthlesace But you've heard of him...

some cannons have different strengths and weaknesses like sniper is good at the top since ships are less likely to block the bullets also controlled explosion can be extremely powerful if used properly

Regular cannon balls basically made holes in the enemy ships. Chain shots were designed to wrap around and destroy the mast and rigging, causing massive amounts of damage and generally crippling the enemy ship.

Crazy cannon on top sniper cannon in mid and bomb cannon bottom. Crazy weakens, sniper destroys airships easily, and controlrd bomb is good for grouped up people.
