Reminds me of that obscure movie about mutant worms that can drill through concrete like it's paper, and they by listening for ground vibrations and then there is a second movie where they evolve into.... jet worms, which look almost like a jet fighter. P.s. yes Tremors, that's how it's called. It's so old I've seen it once when I was a kid and I barely remember it.

The jet worms, which were more rocket worms were introduced in the third movie not the second. The second introduced the dog like form with infrared vision that was a stage between the big worms and the jet worms. If memory serves once one of the big worms ate enough it would die but a pack of the dog like form would eat their way out of the corpse and if they ate enough they would transform into the rocket jumping form or they would die and give birth to one of the rocket jumpers.

I was a kid when it came out, classic masterpiece but honestly gave me nightmares for months to come lmao, I sorted my phobia out unfortunately by taking it out on worms mum said I had a god complex for a short while seems I was truly traumatized 😂 poor worms tho, definitely treat them way nicer now with rotten food.for the composte

I grew up loving the Tremors movies. They absolutely terrified me as a child (grew up in a rural area that the worms would have been able to easily eat me). Still a lot of fun. The sequel that Netflix made is absolutely worth checking out, because it's so awful. The start is hilarious. They filmed in a desert, but put a blue filter over it to make it look like it was snow. So terrible.

As a South African, I can confirm that we do have horses here. The closest to riding zebras we had here was when the Dutch settled in the Cape and used the local Khoisan people who were light enough to ride domesticated zebras in order to deliver the post over long distances
