This era of ALMS was pretty fun. These sounded amazing live, almost Indycar like with a bit more howel to them. The Porsche RD Spyders were quite the beasts too and watching them beat the LMP1 Audi's was absolutely amazing to witness live. The Audi's were too quiet, and the LMP2 field made a glorious sound track.
Ah one of my favorite race cars in the iRacing simulator, the HPD ARX-01c in game is incredibly satisfying and confidence inspiring to drive, the IRL onboard footage here reflects that. Was lucky to see the Patron branded Acura's race in person in ALMS back in the day, fierce, ear splitting rocket ships. Watching the downforce go to work in very quick and flowing sector 1 at Utah Motorsports Campus was something to behold.
