Final update: As of April 14th 2022 all 7 AEM-7s as well as ALP-44 2308 were moved to Morrisville by SEPTA where CSAO later took em the next day to a scrapyard in Fairless hills... the end has come for SEPTA's toasters.
2020 UPDATE: 2301, 2304, and 2307 are currently in overnight Gel train service which only runs every fall. How long they'll remain on such seasonal service is unknown but they are still being used by SEPTA as of today. 2306 was even used as a rescue engine to save a broken down SEPTA ACS-64 in 2021. Guess they aint going away for a long time.
UPDATE: The AEM-7s and ALP-44 are back in SEPTA's hands after NJT did bugger all with them!
Here's the episode you all have been waiting for! The Toasters! or Beat boxers as we Philly railfans call them due to their air compressors.
