My honest opinion: Your progress is highly suspicious for a female with your body type.

I love your videos and your responses to the questions were so so helpful! I'm planning on running a half-marathon next year and I just did an 8km race with 75min time. Not the quickest but I plan on improving! Please keep posting videos of your training and your lifestyle - it's so inspiring!!

What’s your approach to nutrition and has that changed by becoming a pro? ☺️🌺

Interesting about carbon shoes. My 12 year old son, been doing running for couple years now, just did Brighton mile race in 5:42, super proud. I let him race in carbon shoes, but all off his training is in normal shoes. The thing is at training I see most kids in carbon shoes, this can't be a good thing, what's your thoughts? Thanks.

Carbon shoes aren't meant to be trained in, except for very limited race specific training from what I understand. Also they only last about 100 miles before yu have to throw them away. I think the risks of injury would far outweigh the benefits. 4% may be possible for elite runners but I am not sure that generalises out to your average club athlete
