To us native speakers it seems not great, but it's a lot easier to understand for non-natives. When we watch videos 'learning' French, Spanish etc., it probably sounds unnatural to the native speakers of that language.

Hello! I’m a native speaker from the US and I just wanted to give my input. While the restaurant is providing a service, we usually wouldn’t say “What a bad service.” We might say, “What bad food!” if the soup was bad, “What bad service!” if the waitress was rude or ignored you, and “What a bad experience!” if you wanted to express that you had a bad time there overall. Edit: also, we usually refer to broccoli as one thing! Even when it’s cut up into pieces. We would say, “This broccoli is terrible!” and not “These broccolis are terrible!” If you need to refer to one piece of broccoli, you refer to it as a piece. “This piece of broccoli has too much salt on it, but the rest of the broccoli is fine.”
Well "what a bad service " Also counts because if their food is not good or the waitress serving you is being rude you can say what a bad service they both count
