Engwe EP-2 PRO Front Shock Fix Tutorial 

Hi sir, i bought second hand same model with totally stuck fork suspension, on 1:24 previous owner lost that blue thing for unlocking and locking and tried manually to "unlock" it with screw driver with no luck, i can unscrew black top plastic with 26mm wrench and got plastic out, but it seems no matter which position i put that plastic back fork is still locked 🤔i will try to remove all just like you do in video... if i find extension for wrench 10mm/12mm

What size is the socket to remove the bottom bolt??

Is this a new bike? What sort of company sends out bikes with suspension that doesn't work? Best avoided.
