Enhanced Rupture LHC is Bugged 

Assuming tooltip LHC is 54%
Split LHC: 1-(1-0.54)^(1/2) = 32.18%
Formula: 1-(1-Tooltip LHC%)^(1/2)
That is the LHC that we then count as the LHC for the dot, which has 5 x 2 duration.
DoT tick LHC: 1-(1-0.3218)^(1/(5*2)) = 3.81%
Formula: 1-(1-[Split LHC%])^(1/(duration*2))
This is what the dot LHC% should be for the skill
What ends up happening is that DoT tick LHC is inaccurately used as the tooltip LHC, so we get the following:
Split LHC (2): 1-(1-0.0381)^(1/2) = 1.92%
DoT tick LHC (2): 1-(1-0.0192)^(1/(5*2)) = 0.19%
So the tick LHC should be 3.81% but is currently 0.19%. This is clearly bugged based on every lucky hit interaction currently in the game.
