A quick search is showing that it was serialized on July 22nd and that's when One Piece day is usually celebrated. Apparently its going to be celebrated on August 9th and 10th this year though.

Frobin confirmed Now for One Piece at a time: The island is named that beacuse it's just a waiting room for the criminal to then go to impel down, the prison. It's just a Lobby for the goverment.
The Air Door opening behind SogeKing is one of my favorite sequences in One Piece. I love the sound design and the growing tension as SogeKing turns around. 10/10
Although the whole "structural integrity" thing is simply explainable from the fact that in the manga, we can't see the bottom. In the anime, it looks like enis lobby is hanging in mid-air but I'm not convinced that's what the manga portrayed. More that the bottom is not visible due to the spray.
Yea this arc and alabasta arc are my favorite one piece arcs but when I was watching one piece and when I got to the water 7 arc I was like ok One is the best anime ever to exist and it only gets better the further u go one piece is amazing Journey
You guys theorized a connection between Aqua Laguna and Enies Lobby. But the actual connection to Aqua Laguna was Long Ring Long Land. Remember the old man explaining the tides lower every year to expose the land between the mini-islands that make up one larger island, which they then cross as nomads. The tide is lowering because Aqua Laguna is hitting Water 7.
Aw, you guys have so little faith in Yokozuna! I mean c'mon, Kokoro even said he spent years fighting a freaking _train_ to become stronger, so an island packed full of thousands of marine scrubs should be nothing for our amphibian friend! 😉 And personally, I love the second half of CP9. Their goofiness provides some much-needed balance to the group. Having everyone be as serious and no nonsense as the W7 agents would be too boring, IMO....
7:55 this is my absolute favourite line in one piece, i belive it was a bit differently translated in the version i watched(like 10yrs ago); "existing is not a sin/crime" or something like that, the sentence was translated in a more general way, it impacted me to tears~❤
Rocketman is not as strong as the actual Seatrain. It is a prototype. The Seatrain is an improved version of the Rocketman in everyway. You cant say just because Yokozuna derailed this one, he could derail the Seatrain too.
Yes, do watch the ED during Enies Lobby. It is just a lot of fanarts and it's fun. Also I can't remember if this was the last ED for a long time or if there was another one after it, but you're approaching the point where they got rid of EDs and extended the OP instead.
That bit with Franky telling Robin that her existence is not a sin is one of my favorite One Piece moments; it's like closing the circle between Franky and Tom that shows Franky's taken Tom's words to heart and has acquired the wisdom to apply it to Robin's situation, and it ties Franky's history to Robin's, which is rare to see in OP, this kind of overlap in the histories.

It's a geography confusion. They're envisioning this as a part of the route of the Grand Line rather than being way off on the side opening into the Calm Belt. But that gets explained soon so I wouldn't worry about it.
they're trying to figure out why noone can just go around the gate and thus not worry about it, glancing over the whole "there's a calm belt like location here you'd die instantly if you went through it or went around"
About the door will be explained a little better later, but isn't only about sea kings. The are 3 doors like this one in a triangle creating a circular current(like a whirlpool) that accelerate ships. It's used by world government to travel between this 3 locations(like a fast travel) and the only safe way to get into the current is using the doors(this is why you can't go around). The doors connect the Enies lobby(Judicial Island), Marineford(Marine base) and Impel Down(Underwater Prison).
You guys could look up a one piece map, I don't really think it'd be a spoiler as long as it doesn't have the islands labeled, just so you get how the grand line/calm belt dynamic works
The Gates of Justice and why you can't just sail around them will get a more detailed explanation eventually :) I think for now all you need to know is that what lies behind it is not a place we can go to, essentially placing a timer on this rescue operation.
You know I have seen so many reactors saying sucks guards even though its Luffy. Have they seen the difference between him and the other people fight. HE clearly is the better fighter so a difference in strength is definite apparent. If its not luffy crew nobody can get past the 2nd maybe the first gate. Nobody really thinks cause its anime.
Have there been any animal deaths up to this point? In the present time, of course. Death isn't uncommon in flashbacks, so that wouldn't mean anything. Also, don't worry about Luffy running off while everyone else gears up. He'll gear up soon enough. 😂

I think What characters like Kokoro point things about OP world... is Extremely Spoilory of What's About to happen in Current Final Saga... Nothing that is Said about the OP world is a Point to be Overlooked as Wacky.... "Objects eating Devil Fruit" "Gates of Justice and Physics behind it's function" "Navy has a Way to cross surface safely" All these are *** triple star Commentary about Huge secrets about the world that might actually be One Piece, as A Viewer who's catched up... OP Might start very Magical, But More you know about world, It's Logical and Not Magical... Everything has a Science for it... Mostly science in OP is actually Pretty scientific... for example: In Our world We know Things can travel into future via Increased Gravity, but not in Past... and This is even stated in OP by a side character... so we must actually take a note for Seemingly, Anime Magic... because It's weirdly Logical if you put Earth's science to OP world.... everything is well though out Scienfically....
