obsidian makes some nice early tools and armor

Etho with the bone and the skull you can make swords and if you kill a dragon and get the scale you can make armor... But killing a dragon is very hard you need very good gear and there many sizes for dragon young elder... Something like this.... Look in to that

Hey, Etho: If you want to cheese the ore progression path, ardite and cobalt still have the same blast resistance as normal, meaning if you make tnt you can make yourself a manyullyn pick

With the kind of tinkers mod that is in the mod pack your tools level up and because of that you can replace the pickaxe heads of old pickaxes with new ones so you keep the lvls on your tools.

Best Christmas present 2019!!

That part of the tree is called the cambium layer. It responsible for nutrient delivery from the roots the rest of the tree. Pine trees are full of great stuff. Pine needles are rich in vitamin c and make an okay tea. The pine sap can be heated to remove particulates and made into several things including gum and a survival bandage when combined with a leaf. Real life survival tips. Trees are life giving, plant a tree. 🌲 In regards to saving every block in Minecraft, I do that too. You never know when you might need it, even if you're just going to need it as a filler block. Now I think I remember where I learned that from, Ethos season one.. Thank you Etho for being you.

Please do more series together after this xD you guys go so well together, thats the most fun i had in a while :D

The video is almost better than my new shaving kit from my Grandma! Best Christmas ever XD

Make sure to set aside plenty of room for every mod. You need A LOT of space for this Modpack. Also to aid in the early game, put a Tinkerer's crafting table next to a crate from Actually Additions. Will save you sooooo much time and space. Immersive Engineering will tie you over until you get a Mekanism ethylene generator up and running (won't take too long). Make a few (more than 3) water wheels and connect them up. Don't be afraid to use a lot of connectors and relays, it will make the base look better and flow better in the long run. I lived in a small tower from Lost Cities and it was very cramped. My end game base was hhuuugggeeee, however!
