I have two Ganzo blades with this ring design. The bigest one G708, that looks like the Böker Ring 'O and a smaller Ganzo G706-2 that looks like Gerber Mini Remix. It's a kind of design that make you adapt your way to use a knife, but i think that the knife should be adapt to the user's habits. For the smaller i use a "pinch" grip on the uper part of the ring. Not perfect, but works. The bigger seems designed as a defense knife. The grip some way reminds a push dagger. But for general use, not a good design. PS.: Sorry if have language erros. I thought this pivot design would mainly offer better torsional rigidity (over a small pivot screw, bushings). Does it seem stronger in that regard? Thanks for your reviews! Still lovin' the EL01 I bought from LLG! Cheers!
