Are you familiar with Bleach, the definitive work of the acclaimed Author and Illustrator Tite Kubo? Well, if you aren’t, that's ok. It only happens to be one of the biggest manga and anime series ever. Jokes aside, when Tite Kubo first drafted the story for Bleach, he originally intended for the Shinigami to use Guns. He changed it to Japanese swords because he wanted to incorporate specific themes and settings from the Japanese culture. Considering how Iconic the show is for its unique take on Katanas in the form of Zanpakutos and their powers, it is hard to imagine Bleach with Guns. A Bankai just wouldn't hit the same with firearms, in our opinion. It would have probably robbed us of some of the series' most iconic and well-loved moments. For fans the Zanpakutos and its abilities often determine whether they love the character or not, such is their importance. A cool Bankai or even a Shikai sometimes breaks or makes the character. This isn't 100 percent true for all characters, but it does hold some truth to it. We wouldn't also get to talk about the Sword, which is meant to be the topic for our video today Enrakyouten, the cursed Zanpakuto, it is arguably the most powerful blade in the show in the right hands and probably has one of the most broken abilities. The Zanpakuto is an intrinsic part of a Shinigami, with each one being unique and belonging to just that individual. Where Enrakyoten already stands out from the rest, is that it doesn’t belong to any one single person. It is introduced in the three-part light novel for Bleach called Can't Fear Your Own World. We will be talking about its powers, flaws, wielders, origin and its place in Bleach's canon. So, let's get right into it.
