Insightful, thanks for posting. I had just finished Moretti's _The New Geography of Jobs_ and was expressly reading it to figure out where real estate might be a good investment (and why) and then how trends might shift because of Covid. There's certainly a way to use the trends and principles in that book to make an educated guess, but is also great to get a direct response on the Covid question.
