Omg!!!!! I just want to say how happy I am to see you guys in ensenada. And was super happy and excited that you guys ate at my favorite shrimp/fish taco spot LUCEROS near the Mercado Negro. I’ve been eating there since I was a child. Soooo for about 25 + years. This was my dads favorite spot and every time we would visit. We ate from no other place but LUCEROS. Just the best!!!! There’s another spot off the strip called MARISCOS PRIMO NAVA that restaurant use to be a skating rink.
I haven’t been to Ensenada in 8 years . I have family out there in a ranch , but I been wanting those fish tacos and many more for so long . I’m here in Mexicali , Baja California. On my way to Ensenada this Saturday. So excited 🤗💯🇲🇽
It was great to see Ensenada again...last time I was there was back in 1989 approx. I drove there with a friend from Santa Monica, Ca. I was in Hussongs only it was a crowded Saturday night and wild and crazy..Then we drove down to La Buffadora. ☀️ The food you chose looked so good. Those tacos and tostadas looked so good! You have my mouth watering in anticipation of our trip to Ensenada in March on Grand Princess. We're planning to do something similar, and go on a "taco and ceviche crawl".
Next time try La Jaiba just down the street from Pappas n beer their cammaron con Poblano burritos are heaven I have recommended them to several people and they all have thanked me btw I live across the street from playa hermosa i can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes!!
Loved the tacos and tostadas featured in the vdo, so fresh and delicious. I could almost taste them, but couldn't so I'm jelly. ha. I also like the relaxed, casual atmosphere of Ensenada, been there once many moons ago. It's nice that food and drink prices are honest, not jacked up for the tourist dollar. Tacos Lucero is always a must stop for us. Anna is so nice and we always look forward to visiting her. All the tacos we had looked bomb, right?? We're craving them now!! lol
You guys should try el "Pan de feria" wich is a baked round bread with cream cheese and raspsberry filling, it is right in front of the huge flag right in the middle of the street, or waliking tru the pier to get into the black market right before that exit there is another spot there.

Not sure if you two know about this, the fish market is right around the corner from that fish taco place. Hussong’s is the bar in Ensenada! Hussong family, German, has three sons every generation. Sanos, one of the younger generation men, is a talented chef and has a steak restaurant on the main hwy into town from the north near Hotel Coral. Outstanding food!

Did you know that the Municipality has not picked up the trash in the colonias for several months now? I'm glad you feel the tourist district looks fine for you guys but the citizens of Ensenada are suffering. Did you get to see all the beautiful potholes that the city has to offer? The abundance of flies are a great attraction too. Try visiting the REAL ENSENADA next time you have some and help VLOG THAT.
