Enterprise Rent-A-Car, this ain't no clean car! 

Some people dont understand that some people destroy these cars and dirty them so bad, theres nothing that can be done unless its a professional detailer. These cars are no older than 2 years and people treat them like garbage even after a day rental. They got vacuums and disinfected wipes and you think they are going to give your car a full detail? That wood and dirt looks embedded in the carpet. That alone takes almost an hour to clean. When you got a company dealing with hundreds of cars a day an hour cleaning one car isnt gonna happen. Maybe instead of complaining about the most, take a step back and realize there are some things in this world that you cannot control.

Never had a issue from Enterprise quit complaining with your video and ask to change it they would of likely gave u a upgrade. Or a discount.

I'm a service agent at Enterprise and that doesn't look clean to me but if I saw the guys clean an suv to that point, I would be impressed. Enterprise doesn't care how clean it is. As long as it gets you off the lot and out of their faces, they're good with it. Personally, I'm ocd af and I can't leave a car without vacuuming everything! I have literally vacuumed a foot prints off the head liner. But I'm not a typical service agent by far.

Wtf do you expect? You should be happy to get a car, one that is comfortable and you seem to be in a situation where they’re doing you a favor to have one readily available. Insurance claim rentals aren’t always known in advance, coulda been a busy day for this branch, coulda been understaffed… appreciate what you have. You talk only about the car, but how was their service and professionalism? These videos are pointless..

That’s not surprising, happens in Miami also. I’ve experienced dirty socks and used napkins in my “cleaned” rentals with enterprise. Almost every time I’ve had to clean the interior myself. Customers shouldn’t have to do that.

Yea usually the representative would throw a car at you without giving the detailer a chance to clean it for you, i hope you blame the representative not the detailer 100 percent sure if you asked the detailer after seeing the condition he would of took the car to get it cleaned for ya.

Almost the same story here! I know right!!! My boyfriend rented a vehicle for 5 days. He had rented a 2020 Ford Fusion. The staff said it was cleaned and vacuumed. Cleaned INSIDE and OUTSIDE. As soon as I saw the interior, I smelt burning and smelt like someone had recently smoked in the car. The car from the inside looked like a raw turkey slobbering around the car. A dead goose trying to lick the seats. The carpets looked like from a 1980’s vehicle. There was a dent on the front and he complained and they were like oh it’s not our problem. Well it was a tiny dent so that’s fine maybe. Fun fact, the car only bad 15670 miles. It wasn’t rough used and had a fair enough mileage. I saw a couple fine scratches in the interior and a fair scratch across the driver side backseat door. The tires looked like they were used in pig wrestling competition. There’s no word I can describe how dirty that car was. My bf returned the vehicle first thing just like you. I hope you stay safe. I can’t believe Enterprise does that.

Wow...that car should not have been rented out in that condition. That is really gross. I could live with exterior dirt (as long as its documented so I don't get charged), but the inside should be spotless, especially during the COVID-19 crises. When my Jeep Wrangler was going though some upgrades at the dealership over the course of 3 days, they loaned me a Jeep Renegade that was absolutely clean and spotless inside, with a note saying that they are taking extra precautions and doing more complete interior cleanings to keep customers safe. You have every right to complain, and if that was me, I would be extremely upset and demand another vehicle.
