Question?? Did you place the turkey pan directly on the stone? I would think the bottom of the pan would burn without an air gap. Looks amazing, Thanks papa J
Yes I did. In most cases we would have set the turkey in a roasting rack in the pan but since it had to fit under the EGGspander top rack so we could cook the entire meal at once we put it directly in the pan. The veggies and natural juices kept it from burning.
