I suspect her mother of being the opposite of a teetotaler. We heard the daughter saying no smoking in HER house. I think there's a lot more to what is going on there than what we seen. No excuse for violence though.
@@kimj1741she’s not the cause of adults acting like children. They are adults free to act how they want to. It’s called accountability. They are supposed to be ADULTS.

Oppositional defiance disorder is an incredibly common side effect of mental health issues, in which discipline gets flipped around and they don't react in any appropriate manner. In fact, the MORE they are disciplined without therapeutic support from a professional, the worse they'll have it in the future. A parent can't stop every bad behavior in a child to an adult and through adulthood. It's not possible or reasonable to expect that
not really. They entered a domicile without permission or exigent circumstances. If an officer breaks the law, then they are not giving lawful orders. Shes a fucking moron, but a decent lawyer would get her off
The fact that this guy was clearly afraid to say "I pushed her out of the room because she assaulted me" He thought he would still be the one charged just for being a man
That's why we have to stay FAR away from women like this. They show signs of this behavior ONE time and that's your cue to run and never look back. These women KNOW the law is heavily skewed in their favor and they try to abuse that in every situation they can to the point where men feel like they can't even defend themselves against a violent attack if it's from a woman.
@@dylanmorrow4595As a man, I can admit this is sad. But, I'm also an honest man. Men do the most when it comes to cases like this. Not women. This is why it's women first. Like, I said, I agree with you, but I'm also honest and realistic. We, as men, do too much most of the time. If we can all admit this, we might have a chance to be a bit better. But hey, don't agree with me. Or agree. I don't care tbh. Just stating the facts as they are. 🤷
I mean, it’s a sad state when you have to have a camera to prove that you’re not beating your girlfriend because the mom is going to make it sound like it was you
That’s exactly what mom was trying to do before the cops saw the footage. Then she tried to back up and act all confused but she was spinning the story that the dude was the aggressor
That's the state of the west at this point. Men have to be extra vigilant against these 'modern independent women'. They'll falsely accuse a man in a heartbeat for no other reason other than to ruin his life out of spite.
The mother trying to blame the boyfriend after we all saw the daughter fly down the stairs to start attacking the cops explains why the daughter ended up this way in the first place. Then the chick trying to play victim in the back of the police car about how she attacked the cops because was trauma triggered, and they “ran up behind” her, like girl… we aren’t blind, you ran up to to them head on! The entitlement is stunning. That’s the result of parents never telling their kids “no” and teaching them how to be decent people.
The worst is when parents like this mom release their monsters into the wild. This is a really bad case of entitlement and I haven’t seen something like this in person but I have been a hiring agent for a business and the entitlement of the youngsters looking for work was mind blowing. One girl looked great on paper and interviewed well. We were willing to hire someone without experience but I didn’t think that I was hiring someone who would be late to work the entire first week (during a probationary period) and then try to sue us for wrongful termination 🤦♀️ she literally said, “you don’t know who my dad is!” I never figured out who he was 😂
single mothers are a problem...women are better at raising children, but children become adolescents and it takes a man to control them and turn them into adults
Or this is a result of majority of western families failure to acknowledge their daughters have the capacity to do both good and evil. All energy to raise right from wrong is invested in boys and placing so much expectations for them, that it's absent with girls because you see their beauty first and think they're perfect from birth.
She literally proved who the agressor was in five seconds of the cops being there. This is the result of parents raising their children to think the world revolves around them and there's no consequences to their actions. 🙄🙄
Yup. Sadly, there are a lot of prosecutors out there who will prosecute an obviously flawed case… or drag a flawed case out as long as possible hoping for a plea deal… just because they have a separate witness statement that matches what the victim says. Even if the person charged has a witness who’s stating that the crime never happened. Even with video evidence that proves that the crime never happened and that the “victim” and their friend the witness both lied in their statements. Anything for a win! Don’t ask me how I know. Dude needs to run! If he stays, best case scenario, he’ll end up being arrested and charged with DV, he’ll have a protective order issued against him, he’ll be in and out of court for a year, he’ll lose jobs and friends, he could possibly lose custody of his kids and he’ll be 5k-10k plus in the hole in attorney fees for a case that will eventually get dismissed. Worst case scenario, he gets her pregnant and learns what hell truly is, or he ends up a ghost.
And super unfortunate looking as well. Does she smoke cigarettes and live in the sunlight constantly with no sun screen. How does someone look that old.
Oh mom, You failed as a parent and you’re still defending her behavior! Boyfriend time to move out! The only one I feel sorry for in that house are the dogs.
She was raised to believe a woman can do no wrong and that hitting a man is ok because youre "just a girl". Ive met plenty of women who act like this and it all boils down to reinforcing the idea that women are always right and can do no wrong. In general, when people are raised like this, man or woman, the result is always the same.
That immediate "DOOOON'T tell me what to do" tells me she started saying that as a toddler and her mother never corrected her. It's ok though, Life has a way of teaching that lesson. What homeboy is still doing there is anyone's guess, like bro, wtf, RUN.
the mother is an enabler who had no problems with lying to the police if this man hadn't installed security cameras he would be going to jail for domestic violence
Well, one would thing so anyway. But after Miss Porky immediately assaulted a LEO it would be sort of difficult to convince them that the calm and collected bf was the aggressor.
They used that as a tactic for years to conceal thrir abuse. Sending guys to jail to asert more power snd terror, msking their victims feel alone and helpless.
The mom takes enabling to the max. They are unemployed. Doing nothing. Laying around the house. Wasting taxpayer money and the cops time. It is asinine. They need to give them a bill for having gto babysit these people.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that's only during the court. So, police may not do anything unless there is a law for lying to police in certain states.

The mother probably had the boyfriend do it to get in as she seems like she would lock herself in the room and threaten to off herself if he dare leave.

this lady is doing her ADULT daughter a huge disservice. Covering for her in regards of the door. That was blatant exterior into the door, not trying to cone out. She uses her violence as a disability. In Canada they would give her a disability benefit. She should get no less than 6 months to a year and anger management. @@Dontwrrybruh
Agreed! What gets me is that even with FOOTAGE (of the attack on the officers and the boyfriend), the District Attorney will cut a deal - and then the Judge agrees (or modifies it somewhat) - when they have all the evidence on video!! There doesn't need to be a "deal" when you can prove every charge! The DA should say "I've got it on video. I don't have to cut a deal." and keep right on moving along.
Unfortunately that seems to be the first charge that is dropped by the District Attorney's. I hate that they do that. I was surprised to see that they let the Assault on a Peace Officer charge stick. The Police Officers didn't sign up to be assaulted. I'm now wondering what her sentence was.
"I don't like people coming at my from behind" I see now why she traveled all the way downstairs and to the front door to the cops positioned right in front of her to punch them, that explains so much!

It’s not for nothing the police also now wear body cameras to prove interactions with the public and we must do the same now we have to means . When thousands of cameras are filming us every day wherever we go , all belonging to the state . It’s up to us to protect ourselves with evidence we have sole access to and control of . Regarding people in their own films , I’m convinced people now have changed their personalities and have personas they act out in knowing ways for the camera.natural , unselfconscious behaviour seems a thing of another age !

Thanks to body cams, whyt knyght cops who ignore "her first slap" and blayme the maynn defending himself "too roughly" is over. now they have to be 100% honest on who struck first, at least in states that have repealed BS secsyst deleuth model of DV. Unsurprisingly, the whole femynyst gaslighting of who were the primary cheaters for the past century is just like the lie of who the primary violent secs has been. Used to claim meyn were the terrible cheaters. Thanks to the invention of DNA, and ever since it's invention, the truth of who the real cheaters have always been has come rapidly to the fore. Same with DV thanks to modern tech countering BS propaganda lies. There's a reason a romantic two-man relationship is the least violent and least toxic by FAR and the most violent and most toxic romantic relationship BY FAR is a two-women relationship. ALL the past lies are being dispelled.
The fact that annoys me is how the mom is trying to get into the middle of the victim telling what was going down; while trying to defend her daughter KNOWING how she is to others.. it’s like she wants him to lie abt the whole thing, what a horrible parent that unnecessarily enables her child.
Wait, 6 months in jail for 4 charges, which include assaulting Leo? Yeah she will get more time. Assaulting an officer is felon time. And she has a history of violent assaults? She is suffering from a sever case of not having the $hit stomped out of her for her previous behavior. We had a woman, from the next county over, that would go berserk and start screaming at people in the post office, the grocery store, restaurants (until most places just trespassed her). If people didn't jump out of her way, she would start swinging, and hit, and kick, them. People would avoid her and just call the police. and she continued to get worse, and worse. UNTIL she started hitting and kicking a man that was not going to take getting beat on. The video showed him fending off several hits, and kicks, and he hit her ONCE, broke her jaw, knocked out several teeth, gave her whiplash and a concussion. When the police got there, she claimed that she was minding her own business when he just starting hitting her. She claimed that he hit her multiple times. Even with her history, they arrested him, and took her for medical attention. Two days later when he saw the judge, the police had not even looked at several videos that showed the entire incident, or interviewed witnesses. I had heard about the incident and I knew he could not afford private counsel, so I went to the jail and told him that I would represent him pro bono, and got a representation agreement. I had my investigator start. Within 4 hours (driving time included) she had obtained 6 videos, and had viewed two more that we would have to subpoena, as they were corporate offices that there was nobody present that could authorize the release, and interviewed 7 witnesses that stated that she walked up to him and said "get the fu@k out of my way" and when he didn't move, she started hitting and kicking him. They all say that he blocked multiple hits (and missed a few), and then he hit her once and she hit the ground. They all said, and one video with audio at the location of the incident, that immediately after she hit the ground, he said "someone needs to call an ambulance". He was unable to post bond $50,000 CASH ! ! so he was going to stay in jail until the next hearing. I took all the evidence to the prosecutor who viewed it, and contacted the clerk, who scheduled an emergency hearing, where they dismissed the charges. The police still had not interviewed witnesses, or checked to see if there were videos. We filed against the police department for the arrest without interviewing witnesses, or watching videos. They settled with a non-disclosure clause on the amount. The woman was never charged, BUT I am told that he has not attacked anyone since. They say that she still screams and cusses at people, but she hasn't put her hands on anyone they know since.
The aggressor was the female she should not have gone into the room when he stated for her to stay out. In Australia they have laws now that someone coming into another person's personal space verbally and physically without the other person's permission is now regarded as abuse. Aggressors are not always a man.
You can tell the mother was not telling the truth.. Obviously, the guy was defending himself, so the mother turned it around towards him... That girl needs help, whether it's drugs or not, get her help...
Why do you think the dogs are obviously stressed. The chaos created by the screamer and the dogs natural inclination is to protect and they realise that there are strangers in the house while they are locked away. Do you actually think this is how they act 24/7?

"You gonna hit a woman? Huh? I can have the cops arrest you in a second". That's what she is. A manipulative bully who has rarely been told no. I hope that he doesn't just run away. He should press charges. He could also sue the incopetent cops for not taking the situation seriously because it's actually possible for woman to abuse a man.
The mom, unfortunately seems out of her element for actually dealing with her daughter. I have a feeling the mom gets bullied as well, from the daughter’s actions. The mom is doing no favors for her daughter by lying and especially when’s there’s video and audio. This situation happens more than people will think, women are just as nasty, violent as men are and they sometimes will just shoot, stab, someone. The mother is absolutely not telling the truth, she’s lying especially when he has video evidence. She needs major anger management, and yes jail. Therapy big time, so does her mom. Clean up that room tho dude.

She didn't think she would get away with it, she said as much when the cop was interviewing her in the back of the car. She gets out of control; she admitted that as well. She needs anger management counseling...after she does her time for assaulting the officers and her boyfriend.
Why do mothers lie.. I wouldn’t if my child was that aggressive .. what right is right and what’s wrong is wrong whether it be my child or not! id be the first to tell
I would be frightened for my daughter because of her abnormal behaviour, and do what it took to get her to calm down so we could get some kind of plan in motion. Even if she had to sit in jail for a few days. These parents enable their grown kids because they feel guilty about neglecting them in early childhood, would be my guess
That’s because you actually care for your child. You’d be the one who would put her in her place when needed. Unfortunately, too many ‘parents’ won’t do that.
The fact her mother enables her behaviour tells me she's never set boundaries for her daughter, and blames everyone else but her! Both of them are pathetic! As for the bf, run my guy run!
