I swear the energy from the argument over which gaming system is better is the same as if they were arguing about political parties or individual politicians.
The kid would’ve been better off being in the console wars. His parents didn’t do a good job raising him if he threw a fit over differing opinions. He should’ve accepted opinions are just that, opinions, not fact, rule, or solid proof. He also should’ve accepted that not everyone had the same opinion.

Story 2 sounds like he might be cheating or is looking for an excuse for the relationship to end . So that way he doesn't have to feel bad about leaving the relationship.

Story 2: I'm wondering if maybe the husband doesn't have some form paranoid schizophrenia. He's clearly set in his beliefs/delusions. And maybe the OP needs to just tell the guy to his face that she's not cheating and the divorce him because I don't see this relationship working out.

Story 1) All consoles have their quirks and perks, and especially their exclusive games. I'm an Xbox person myself, used to be a Playstation child, I love God of War, the OG Spyro and Crash Bandicoot, Jak and Daxter, and even the Spiderman games from way back when. That being said, whoever is higher than that District Manager absolutely should hear the BS they're concealing to save their own face. Someone like that has no business being in a position where they can write others up, when they won't even get concrete evidence first. That's like putting someone who's got terrible judgment in charge of death row. Story 2) Sounds like the decision made itself then. Why should you fight to stay with someone who thinks so little of you? That they're determined to prove that something that isn't happening, is happening speaks volumes. It really sounds like he just wants to be right, and even if he's not, he wants you to let him feel superior so he can rub it in your face. This guy is a douchebag, why would *anyone* want to date or be with someone like them? Since you have no kids, that makes it all the easier. Story 3) I would have written "good riddance, have fun ruining other people's days!
I agree, especially on the first story, I was a PlayStation person as a child, but as a group, I switch to Xbox and I am saving my money for a gaming PC and I bought a PS3 just so I could play all for sly Cooper games because those were my childhood, same with gta San Andreas I bought it for my Xbox, no console is better than another and as you said they all have their quirks
If your husband thinks you are cheating on him and he's paranoid say goodbye because you cannot fix paranoia it will always be there and it will make a miserable marriage

Story 3 - Never confess to something you didnt do. If he wants to leave, let the little jerk leave. He would use your "confession" as a reason to leave anyway. And, what can you do? You "confessed". I would go one better and divorce his sorry butt. I would never live with a man I didn't trust and I REFUSE to live with a man that didn't trust me.
Story 3: This advice wouldn't be particularly useful to me, because I am honest to a fault--literally a fault, in my case. I would not be able to wish a nasty coworker anything along the lines of "best of luck to you" because I actually can't say something I know is not true. (I don't _have_ to be bluntly honest, nor do I have to say anything if I have nothing nice to say, but saying an untruth is off-limits, and mental gymnastics to make a false statement true are _at best_ a crapshoot. "Exact words" wishes usually work fine though.) The best I would likely be able to manage is sign it something along the lines of "Farewell! --MarsJenkar" because while it would imply good wishes, that word doesn't actually mean that nowadays.
Story 1: As someone who's played video games on both Nintendo & PlayStation consoles throughout their life (both handheld and with a controller), they're both great, but neither is without flaws. Same with gaming on an XBox. Story 2: Why even TRY to convince somebody to change their mind when they're hellbent on a specific decision? Story 3: Deflecting an accusation of philandering/adultery onto your partner is a HUGE red flag. Story 4: I wouldn't be able to handle the stress of dealing with that idiocy. Even if I pride myself on being as polite as possible, if I don't know somebody, I wouldn't sign a birthday card for them. Story 5: There is absolutely NO WAY I'd let any kids I have travel anywhere without me, even if I got along well with my in-laws. I am sorry, call me paranoid, but I'd wanna guarantee that they'd be safe during that trip.
S3. He the person cheating or he trying to get her to drop the relationship. He wants her to "admit" to cheating so they can fix the relationship but is willing to break up with no evidence
Story 3. My ex always thought I was cheating on her, meanwhile she got super drunk and brought a guy back to our place while i was taking care of our 6 month old daughter. It's called cheaters remorse, they do the cheating but try to make you seem like the a hole to make themselves look like they are innocent
The Wii is a good console, but I like the Wii U better because of the gamepad. Before anyone starts going off about the Switch being better than the Wii U, it is in the fact it's a handheld/console hybrid, but it's still lacking in terms of hardware.
My x accused me of cheating everyday for a year and a half despite the fact she spent nearly 24/7 next to me. I couldn't even be in the same room with another woman even if she was sitting on the other side of the room without being accused of cheating
Honestly, the nintendo wii and wii u were the best when it came to virtual console content- literally thousands of classic titles were available for purchase when those shops were running.
In the first/title story. A. Even *IF* the customer was friends with the DM. The DM is being irresponsible in *NOT* investigating the claim. B. The CCTV security cameras should prove the OP's version. C. I call bullshit on the write up not being able to be removed. D. The OP needed to go higher up the chain of command.

That kid would’ve fit better during the console wars of the 90’s with that mindset. While a strictly Nintendo fan myself, I haven’t tried to force someone to share my opinion on to another person, and that’s what this kid tried to do. He should’ve accepted that not everyone is going to have the same opinions, as well as opinions are that, opinions, not facts. Who raised him didn’t do a good job if the kid lost it over a mere difference in opinions.
Story 5, never allow your children out of state regardless of who they’re visiting. The husband is absolutely terrible, so are the in-laws. I went through the same and told my own husband he was more than free to visit his relatives, my daughter would not be allowed around them without me. That’s when they would start ranting about grandparents/aunts/uncles/cousins/ pets’ rights that I’m denying them. Better to nip that in the bud early.
Story 1: Okay, that dumb kid is just a stupid brat that apparently never hears the word 'no' or a differing opinion from his own... but this biggest jerk here is the district manager, hands down. Regardless of whether or not the kid knows the district manager or not, the managers handling of this was so bias, its not even funny. The manager didnt even attempt to make any kind of investigation into this incident and then wouldn't reverse the write-up when it was proven the kid lied. That manager is a slimeball and if i were the OP, i would've both quit over this and looked at some kind of legal action or complaint against the manager. As for the kid, i would've banned him for life, not just 3 months. This isn't some kind of prank or anything, the kid knew exactly what he was doing, and all because someone had a different opinion. Story 2: No way is the OP a jerk here... the SIL is just a major drama queen and the MIL needs to butt out. I hate it when people try to 1-UP someone at a wedding then get all upset when they get called out on it. Story 3: I think the OP needs to leave this guy first. Who's to say that he's the one cheating here?? This guy is just majorly paranoid and insecure. Nothing you can possibly say or do will convince this guy otherwise. Even with concrete evidence, he will still accuse the OP of cheating. OP needs to run. Story 4: No, it is probably for the best if you don't sign it. If Louise is that bad to you, i wouldnt. If it were me, i know i would be tempted to write something rude or snarky into her card. Story 5: No, the OP isnt a jerk here. The husband needs to enforce the boundaries the OP has here. The parents here sound really unhinged here and i can understand why the OP doesnt want the kids near them.

13:12 Story 4: Stupid advice from the narrator. If OP is not going to be there forever, then why put any effort to make a good impression? Personally I would sign the card with the meanest, nastiest note possible but use block letters and don’t put my name. I would sign my name and a generic “Goodbye” as well but on another part of the card. That way she can’t prove OP did it.
In an ideal world, OP shouldn't sign the card but I agree with the narrator, OP should sign something generic because this STBX co-worker sounds like a nasty piece of work who would still call up OP's colleagues to rant about such a non-issue. OP can't also write nasty stuff for the same reason and also because they are relatively new, only a month in. If OP had been a long term employee dealing with a temp then that would be a different case. It's always advisable not to make waves during your 1st year at a new job.

Used to be a time where if you did your job no one cared if you spoke your mind or talked back to someone who didn’t sign your paycheck nor had the ability to fire you. But today’s workplaces are ridiculous. Office Politics are cancer, no wonder more people want to work remotely.
The mother may not be a jersey in the last one, but I do agree that the kids should see their grandparents. It'll only be worse when they die and the kids don't have any memories with them, because I'm sure not all your times are bad
