As an ENTJ, I’m put off by laziness, lack of morality and lack of authenticity. I’ve always thought dating should be more like an interview- with a background check and references. I love someone who can discuss interesting topics with and even debate.
“Thank you for sharing your perspective! As an ENTJ, it’s clear that you value efficiency and authenticity in all aspects of life, including dating. It’s interesting to consider dating with the same rigor as a job interview, where mutual values and goals are crucial. Engaging in stimulating conversations and debates can indeed be a great way to connect on a deeper level. It’s all about finding that person who not only meets your standards but also challenges and excites you intellectually. Everyone has unique criteria that matter to them, and it’s important to stay true to what you believe in. Wishing you the best in finding someone who appreciates your straightforward approach and matches your enthusiasm for lively discussions!”
I'm an INFJ who just went on a first date with an ENTJ, and your comment about dating being like interviews made me laugh. One of the first questions he asked me on the date was, "what are your three greatest strengths". He was being serious about it, but I did have a little laugh because I've never had someone approach a first date so formally with me.
