Your lecturer is Professor Kevin Ahern. He is currently teaching biochemistry and biophysics at the Oregon State University, where he has also successfully completed his Ph.D. in biochemistry. Not sure. It seems that it was spelled like that back in the day, but not now. It’s spelled like that in German. Maybe there’s a scientific reason it’s listed like that

Not to diminish your presentation your intellect you experience your wisdom all your hard work However in essence are you not speaking in a block form linguistically speaking Mathematical perhaps visualization Perhaps an electron microscope imaging in real time where a metabolic entity reaction state is observed visually a representation of the Enzymatic reaction states you speak of symbolically, subtle bases of Mathematical nuances of a granular state of reality... Basically your representation is by definition linguistically representative of a symbolic form of visualization nuances of Mathematics to convey your perceived observations of a Enzymatic reaction states ( enzyme, substrate, E=a1 + b2 = ç3+f4 = E
