They have to tell the pertinent departments aboard ship, engineering & sonar(carriers usually don't have sonar but USS America did)so that safety warnings can be announced every 15 minutes. "There are divers working over the side of USS Neverdock.Do not rotate screws, cycle rudders,take suction from or discharge to the sea or energize sonar equipment while divers are working over the side of USS Neverdock."

battlefield has 5 beer cans, 4 trucks, 145×3ships rafts, 3 ships, 6 Navy EOD Divers = 8 sea mines 7 barbwire traps and 5 IEDs: 1 sea mine : popular Mark XIX put charge on sea mine for 60 sec. Click 3× blow up sea mine repeated down the pipeline blow up and clear bombs
