I am really hoping this turns out to be a bug free and robust product. Bluetooth app control is obnoxious. I rarely use my B7c lights just because it is too much of a pain to try to connect them to the app. I've been waiting for a good alternative to the more expensive CRMX systems currently available and this seems to fit the bill. The iPad requirement is a bit annoying, but I'm sure that it drastically reduces the cost. It sounds worth the cost until the CRMX stops working or the iPad won't connect to the Sidus One for some unknown reason, and then we're back to me no longer bothering with app controlled lights because it just cause more of a loss of time. Thank you for the videos, though. It bolsters my confidence. I'm hoping for a V mount and cradle solution for the Sidus One that will also hold the ipad.
It would be amazing if you could make the sidus one integrate with sidus link better. Sidus link still has a lot of features that are missing in sidus link pro. The main issue I have with it is the constant re-connecting when opening scenes. When all the fictures are connected to a sidus one via BT and not to the app - this would make things so much more reliable and fast. And when renting out fixtures it would save a lot of time bt resetting all the fixtures every time.
you need to step back and be more basic! 'a wireless router' did this grow on a tree? or does it need to be bought set and installed? WTF is SACN or Art net? Im a clever chap but this is not where EP1 should be sitting.
