My man lost 60lbs over a course of a year - his MAIN thing is he is SUPER into getting a sandwich at sprouts (around $10) he drinks a kombucha- and he got into therapy- raised on Adams&Main … also he got into reading 1hour a week with a retired military guy - - you can do it!!! He also takes Sunday to just turn his phone off

Respectfully Jorge ain’t beating the Kenyans in the marathon. Them mf built different on God. I just started for fun 5 months ago. I already ran 650 miles total. I’m up to 8 miles a day it’s hard as as hell. I don’t really get tired when I’m done but my knees and quads start to hurt after 10 miles
