I own a registered trademark on my designs. But copycats is still a concern. It's actually stopped me from moving forward in a bigger way. But the moving forward is such great advice. I definitely never run out of ideas. I need to get out of the stuck mindset.
Brittany is the best teacher I have ever had the opportunity to learn from. I have never heard anyone that teaches Esty as good as she does, everything she does is packed with information and I learn so much from her courses.
When you say to stop expecting these big results when you’re just starting out, What about all the RU-vidrs that interview these people that make all this money after their first couple of months? To me if you have seen it’s possible, I get frustrated when I’ve done all the things you’re told to do and still crickets. 😢
I won't speak for Brittany-- or any other youtubers-- but what I've noticed as an Etsy coach is that everyone comes to the table with a totally different level of experience, skills, and mindset. So some people will knock it out of the park on their first try. But most of us (myself included when I started) take a while to see traction.
Thank You Lizzie for your wonderful interviews - I love them! (you're VERY GOOD at that!😌👍) Your approach is different from the rest of the 'Etsy experts' and I'm always learning so much.... THANK You THANK You! 🙏💓
@@oooBoEoNooo It is the same stuff you find on RU-vid. After buying the $1,000 course, she will try to upsell you on another "mastermind" course $5,000, her Wolf School$40.00 , and a "Christmas Course" $400.00 (you can pay on Klarna), and her book (shouldn't all this be included in the initial $1,000?). I joined Wolf School for a month, it was just her looking a best sellers on Etsy and going through Pinterest. I get the hustle, but it didn't work for me. I was doing great with the free content on RU-vid. I researched before purchasing it last year because I wanted it to work. It might work for others, but my sales have dropped by 48 percent since last year. She will say it's because "[I] suck". When I asked about this in the Top Seller Secret group, she deleted it and responded that "we never talk about our failures," which begs the question, how do you fix your failures if you never talk about them? I really hope that if you decide to purchase a course from any "teacher", they offer a money-backed guarantee. That is my experience.
