A few days before Christmas, 2012, I received a message from Jesus. It wasn't His voice, but from a stranger. This stranger told me that Jesus wanted me to know that "Everything is going to be alright." I haven't had one worry, bit of anxiety, or fear in these past 11 years. Thank you Father Meeks!

Father Meeks, I met Bishop Strickland at the rosary rally in Baltimore today. Also met Father Altman and others. All is well. I am no longer confused. I believe we have a pope who wants to fundamentally change our church. The silver lining is that I’m more than ever committed to fighting for the church established by our Lord Jesus Christ. I will continue to pray for the conversion of Pope Francis and rebuke Satan’s efforts to destroy our salvation. God bless.

There is an inner certitude that convicts one of the true voice and words of our Lord.

THANK YOU Father Meeks. I wake every morning asking that I be an instrument of God's Will. I read devotionals to provide me encouragement and strength. I pray the Our Father and Hail Mary. Then I go on my way thru the day, mostly failing, often with a feeling of hopelessness and often utterly destroying relationships over something said or done. I don't have a clue.

I am thankful for your continued podcasts….I just deleted several “game” apps that have slowly but surely taken up more of my time. It is so easy to fill our “space” with things that will interfere with God’s voice!

Fr. Ed, thanks so much for mentioning Brother Lawrence's classic book, "The Practice of the Presence of God." I was blessed to have discovered it early in my faith journey and it had a profound impact on my spirituality. I finally understood what was meant by "pray without ceasing."

As a Scotsman finding God through Our lord Jesus Christ, I have found your homilies very useful and interesting. And I thank you for taking the time to help people like me. I have been looking for a church. I feel a call to the Catholic Church, but I’m very anxious of the pope and the hierarchy of the church. I will continue to pray and read the bible until God guides my steps.

Thank you! I've never heard God's voice per se. BUT I have felt a sudden sense of peace after prayer for others who were in extremely stressful and sad situations where the outlook did not look good. I've also seen his miracles in action in a few of those situations I could use that peace right now as I struggle with situations of my own.

The Br. Lawrence book is a great read and really thin, so even people with little free time can finish it quickly. One of the best recommendations to practice the Faith.

They say you are what you eat, I say you are what you consume. My radio station is set on stations of the cross radio station and the app on my device. My favorite RU-vid channels Fr. Meeks, Ascension Presents, Bible in a year and catechism in a year. The rosary crew with keith nester. Catholic crusade, The cordial catholic, Fr.. Mark Goring, Fr. Ken, Catholic Truth ect..... I try to consume all things catholic. Trying to be in this world while trying not to be of it as much as possible.

I believe that God does speak to us through what can look like random chance, particularly if in a series.

Once I did hear it, 6 years ago, a short massage, just 4 words, audiably. From that time on, a few massages a year, a female or sometimes a male voice, I think they are angels. I don't understand those massages mostly, they are short, but there was, what I understood clearly: I asked the the Lord in prayer, and maybe Him or an angel, but a male voice answered, just two words, a few days later, unexpectedly.

Your greatest one yet. I would like to share with you all what I felt was an encounter with Jesus and what may have been an encounter with a man using a demonic guttural mid east-tran language to curse me curse as walked to my car when when I left Walmart with Jesus showing front and back . I have forwarded your homilies to my priest for three years, who? is at the altar every Saturdays . I am shunned and always sit in the back row. in the sinners seat and because of my condition need to do back stretches often. I wear a t-shirt summer and winter over my clothes to church , when ever I visit some one especially my 14 grand children, I wear it in all the shopping centers and public places. I have had hundred of encounters when a person says they like my shirt. I have great stories like Father Meek's Judas story that his finger finds . For shirts and the print is on front and back I pay nine dollars for the large and x large sizes and two dollars more . What felt like a brush with Jesus. usually I hear "I like your shirt", I have heard it hundreds of times. I make my pitch. I will give you one in your size to where around your grand children especially. Show them and example we are loosing them because of our fear of what people my say while exposing the Truth opposed to the lies they hear everyday through their media. We must run not walk or do it tomorrow. I have been doing this for three years, Like making The sign of the Cross. A couple of days ago In Walmart I met a man who said "I love your shirt" to make a long story short I went to my car twice to get a large for the man then returned for a medium for the wife who .is fallen away catholic They were talking to a couple of old ladies from their protestant. The wife is a fallen away catholic. When I came back with her medium shirt He was putting the shirt in broad day and public. I was surprise a hallelujah Jumped out of my mouth. The ones I gave to catholic I have never seen again in three years of shopping at this Walmart. I gave a shirt to a couple of elders sitting in the sinners pews near me.. Never see the shirts again. But they see it each and every week and so dose the priest and deacon that reject this novel way of whispering without saw the word. Gerald

God rarely ever speak through Religion. Or clergymen

The Gospel of Jesus Christ 1. We are all sinners (sin is transgression of GOD's commandments). 1 John 3:4 KJV and Romans 3:23 KJV 2. The wages/penalty of sin is death. Romans 6:23 KJV 3. GOD was manifest in the flesh, Jesus Christ, to die for us on the cross in our place once for all. 1 Timothy 3:16 KJV and Romans 5:8 KJV 4. Jesus Christ was raised from the dead on the 3rd day to show His victory over sin and death and to be the first of many He will raise from the dead on the last day. 1 Corinthians 15:4 KJV 5. Jesus said to repent (acknowledge your sins and turn away from them) and believe this gospel (good news) to be forgiven of all sin. (Mark 1:15 KJV and John 6:39-44 KJV and Ephesians 1:6-7 KJV) No RCC, no pope, no priest, no Mary and the Saints mentioned.

Who is a trusted one? I find our spiritual authorities can't agree. Best stick to scripture and the catechism.

We have to pray for Bergolio because he is the Vicar of Christ. He isn't Catholic so he is not our Pope.
