It warms my heart when I see young families at Mass, though it bothers me there are so few. At every Mass I make sure to pray for God and all the Guardian Angels to keep them safe and protect them from all the snares of Satan and his agents, who have them squarely in their crosshairs at this time.

Father, may God continue to give you wisdom and knowledge to share with us. That my children are the only tangible products of my life that will live to eternity, is a truth that I never considered. I shall pray for them by name daily from today!

Delivered like only you can, eclipsing the divide between Protestant and Catholic. You are a gift to us and we praise God for the gift you are. We are hungry for spiritual guidance. And you feed us. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
I feel this way about my two adopted sons. It was God ordained even though I was not granted biological birth. I was God ordained to be their mother. Tomorrow I celebrate Thanksgiving with these two amazing young men. I pray they accept God as have I.

Why isn't this important message being reinforced from the pulpit at our Sunday masses ? I realize that being able to preach God's word effectively is a gift but somehow the Church must find a way to impress upon our priests that we NEED more sermons like this spoken at our Sundays. Thank God we have Fr Meeks to deliver them on the internet.
