G'day Josh, There is a reason why I got myself a truck with tailgate loader before I started doing this. You don't have to worry about the angles of loading ramps on heavy items, and it takes a lot of pressure off your back etc (I am older so it was more imperitave for me). Also find a trolley with an easy tilt lever system - I got lucky, and got one in a unit out of Wollongong - they allow you to get the leverage on items that usually need at least two people to move. Very handy if you are doing this on your own, along with a dolly where all 4 wheels turn. While it probably wouldn't have helped with the precarious stuff above the beds, I also keep a folding kitchen step (ladder) in the truck - it takes up minimal room, but it lets you safely get at boxes when they are stacked high (particularly in high cube containers). Also worth noting when estimating loads, that a full 20 foot high cube container can have a lot more stuff in it than a full standard 20 foot container - I can usually get a fairly full standard container into my truck, but a high cube is much more likely to exceed my truck, and thus need a second trip. It looks like this unit has potential, but you need it to at the money paid. The designer stuff is promising, I have rarely had any designer stuff in what I have handled, but it is not what I am aiming for. This is a unit to look through everything - including the envelopes and folders you are returning as personal - there is an off chance that there could be cash notes turn up somewhere through that stuff. I finally caught up on what I was doing in the last 24 hours, but it looks like you will be busy over the next few days.
