Last Minute Win: Unveiling a Mysterious Abandoned Storage Unit! 

I am going with it being a contractor, or a pub that did KFC draws for a charity, not KFC's unit. KFC wouldn't have a Resch's sign. This unit sold about 2 weeks earlier for $180 - I assume you were tied up on the great Southern unit, and I was still processing my last sale then - I thought it went to one of the Wodonga regulars, but it probably went to someone from Melbourne who didn't travel up for it. I am surprised how many Melbourne and occasional Sydney people bid on daggy units in Albury and Wodonga. It is funny how we interpret pictures differently (and it is why I asked that company to take two or three photo's from different angles to give perspectives). This one is about precisely what I interpretted from the picture, except for the KFC aspect , although the Resch's sign is more roached than I thought. The last one you did was much fuller than I thought from the pic. When I worked in industrial auctions in Sydney I learned how grotty catering equipment can be from some of the liquidations and repossessions that came through. On the bright side you didn't have dead (or alive) rats through it - the worst of it did.
