I'll be Gaslanding most/all the castings that Jim Silva sent me and sending him the build pics so he can make the response video. I've got about three weeks left to complete the challenge! Hey Steve! Thanks for reaching out! I just told the Mrs. I had to get off my butt and make the next one... Life has been a bit tough, had to unretire and go back to work due to Hurricane Ian. I'm soooo tired of dealing with contractors, insurance, lawyers, mortgage company, etc. However, I know sticking with my hobbies will be good for my soul. So, YES... still going to be making content!!! 😉

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Just the concept of only having to have little diecast cars to play is so, so cool! I have wings of glory too. Picked it up for cheap along with six aircraft. I just need to find folks to play with. It seems like nobody in my area plays games like this or they think a 60 year old is too old to play with. Frustrating indeed!!! 🤨

​​​@@escaperealityhobbies looking for people to play with, huh? Wait... You live in SW Florida (saw in channel description)? I live between Cocoa Beach and Orlando/Kissimmee. If you're ever in the area on the 1st or 3rd Saturday of the month, definitely check out the Game Night at The GOAT Games at the Merritt Island Mall. I'm one of the teachers/rule lawyers whenever I can make it there. (Not sure what the proper term would be. Referee, I guess?). Whatever, I attend with my older daughter whenever I can and I'm sure you'd be welcome. We have a pretty diverse group of people who attend. A fair warning though... Yes, my daughter is one of the only kids who attends while everyone else are all adults. Yes, she is a sweet little girl. With that said, don't underestimate her because of that. She *will* use being viewed as a sweet innocent little girl to her advantage to get you to trust her before the betrayal comes in a game. Haha. I told everyone that when I first introduced her and they didn't listen. Then we played "Blood on the Clocktower". It's a social deduction game about a village trying to find the demon that's taking them out one by one every night. Yeah... She eliminated everyone. That included her henchmen because (direct quote by the way) "They were useless so they had to be sacrificed." Yeah, she has done that multiple times in games that involved up to 30 people. So, yeah... now she's basically the mascot for the event and they call her "Demon Child".

I'm super glad you enjoyed it!!! One of the very real byproducts of the game is rescuing old, abandoned (but once loved) die-cast cars and giving them a second life!!! Of the bag I found at the goodwill store, there were cars in their from the early 70s and 80s. 😉

Friend You Might Think about Tennesse. Now I Live in MO. We have an income Tax. But TN has none. Now you might have a Winter Storm or the Worst an ICE Storm. In Summer a Tornado 🌪. But it's not a given. Just built it tough and on a Hill top. And don't Think about Illinois. They have a higher Tax on everything. Would welcome you here or TN.
