Kevin messaged me a couple of weeks back saying if I enjoyed the music I could use it in a future video. They only have three songs but I was a fan after the first minute of "teach me how to sleep" and then after listening to the abrubt nature of "modern comforts" going from calm and soothing to heavy I was already hoping they had a full album I could listen to.

We're finally at the stage where we can start cleaning out he engine bay and looking to install the engine!! I cant wait to hear this S50B32 fire up for the first time and this is the first step. THANK YOU EDAN!

Man that engine bay is looking FRESH. I’d probably just stare at it for hours if I had the skills and effort to do something similar to my car haha.

I got the missus up to the workshop in between spraying and filming just to look at it and show her. I’m sure you’d be fine with skill but boy is there a lot of effort

Here in the uk 🇬🇧 here, watched all your vids on this, can’t believe you have to get engineers to sign everything off, here in uk do your mods , do or don’t tell insurance what you done for them to double your insurance and away you go, Class build this tho and going to look class 👍

People definitely do modify cars that way but if you get pulled over you’ll have to get the car inspected. It’s easier to just do everything properly form the start.

Definitely consider aftermarket ecu if you are adding a carbon airbox in the future, with MAP sensor. Stock ecu with tuning chip does a mediocre job. If you don't get enough clearance with the headers, you can get e30 swaybar spacers to give more clearance. AKG also make some nice e30 s50 engine mounts as well. Good job so far.

I do want to add a carbon airbox in the future but it all comes down to budget at this stage. I’ll have a look into those engine mounts, not completely happy with the meyle ones I have

Have a nosy what Mighty Car Mods did for their E30 diff, It looked like a solid replacement option with more modern solutions already designed and in Aus

I’ve been collecting bit and piece, I have an e36 dual mount rear hat that fits a medium case, an LSD centre and 3.15 gears. Just need to get everything to fit

@@blacknightcreations That was ultimately my end game for mine, far less modifications, but was certainly interesting to see what has been built using other manufacturers stuff that is more available

I watched the MCM e30 series and I think their setup would have been a little pricier than the setup I’m going to go with. Maybe in a future build I can look into newer options.

Bmw never did do a great job on the sealer back in the day but im sure your hard work will pay off making it look cleaner👌🏻keep @ it workshop lewis its looking epic so far 🫡👍👍👍
