I just want to say the Shane is right about caffeine affecting some people differently and for the longest time I couldn't drink caffeine after around noon if I wanted to be able to get to sleep at a reasonable time later that night. Some people can drink it 10 minutes before going to bed but some people can't drink it for around 8 hours before going to bed.
